(D9 EN Communications Team) Smooth Operator

[Nekoinu]

At the top of the station lied the communications hub. Taking out the antennae was a simple job, assuredly, but that would alert off-site Czerka personnel that something was wrong. Instead, the team had to infiltrate and take over the comms themselves.

[Niall Organa]

Niall was there, fully outfitted in all his gear, and ready to go.

He turned, nodding to the rest of the team.

[Nekoinu]

Vera nodded at first to the Captain but then gave him a formal salute. "Still getting used to that, sir. I recommend that I lead."



"We could secure uniforms for ourselves. If we do this cleanly, patrols might not even notice the difference."

[Yslane Tssilla]

Yslane was there as well, prepared to do her part.

[Niall Organa]

Niall nodded, smiling as he returned Vera's salute. "Go ahead, Vera. Do your thing. Keep us posted."

[Nekoinu]

The Mandalorian nodded and raised her mask. She then skulked forward and stepped outside of the airlock into the corridor. Soon enough, she found a guard entering the washroom and followed him inside. Once she was ready, she brought him down into a chokehold and put her knife to his throat. "How many guards are posted at the comms center? Personnel?"

"F-four. We just changed shifts. Three secretaries..."

She tightened her hold until he fell unconscious and then dragged him into the stall. She then dialed up Captain Organa with a brief message. "Four guards at the comms center, three secretaries. How do we proceed?"

[Niall Organa]

"Hmmm..." Niall said. "That's one uniform. We might be able to get someone in there on account of heightened security. If that person could just disrupt their communications long enough for the rest of us to secure the room..."

He looked at Yslane. "Think one of the two of you could handle that? Err, Yslane?" He added, remembering that Vera wouldn't know he was talking about. "Or you, Vera?"

[Yslane Tssilla]

Yslane nodded, "I can try lying my way through if you like. If the crew is only four people though...they probably know each other."

[Nekoinu]

"You did the bumbling new girl before, didn't you? It might work out well for you," Naveera suggested. "I suppose I could try to be another communications officer."

On the other side of the line, Vera shook her head. "Never was my forte, Captain. I'll work on undressing him though."

[Niall Organa]

"Right." Niall said. "But we're pretty sure they've been increasing security. You can say that you're extra security brought up from Nar Shaddaa."

Niall nodded to Naveera. "Sounds good. Between the two of you, find a way to temporarily disrupt their communications. The rest of us will be ready to rush in."

[Yslane Tssilla]

"I suppose it could work..." Yslane conceded, "Worth a shot at the very least."

[Nekoinu]

"Alright. How are we handling the guards? Lethal? Non-lethal?" Naveera inquired. "I suppose Arali can pose as another secretary too."

[Niall Organa]

"Okay." Niall said, glancing at Arali.

"As far as Lethal versus non-lethal..." Niall sighed. "Let's minimize the loss of life, but we should prioritize success of the mission. If that means lethal, we do lethal."

[Nekoinu]

The SIS operative shook her head. "It's not so much the loss of life. Blood will be harder to hide in case someone comes to address the situation."

[Yslane Tssilla]

Yslane nodded, "Hopefully everything will be done by the time anyone realizes what is happening."

[Nekoinu]

Vera came back to the airlock and tossed the uniform over to the Jedi. "If you want me to help take out a guard, I can, but it may be messy."

[Yslane Tssilla]

Yslane quickly stripped out of her own clothes and into the uniform. Communal living left her not particularly concerned with the act in front of strangers.

[Niall Organa]

Niall spread his hands. "As much as I'd like to avoid blood, we've got to deal with them one way or another. We can try to find a mop, or something. I think the bodies will be more of a giveaway, and we'd have those if they were unconscious, too."

He casually averted his eyes as Yslane changed. "Okay. Secretaries, you're up. Ping us when you have the comms down for a moment, and we'll come in."

[Nekoinu]

Naveera nodded. "Okay, might be hard to convince them that we're new secretaries but we do have a 'security officer' with us. Let's give it a shot then."

[Yslane Tssilla]

Yslane finished dressing. "Alright....ready?" She looked at the others present.

[Nekoinu]

Naveera nodded and the infiltration group was off. Anyone patrolling gave Yslane a cursory glance before moving along.

When they reached the communications station, the guards were posted as stated. Four at each corner of the room, with the communication secretaries working in the middle. The guard closest approached Yslane with a perked brow. "Did we get new hires?"

Yslane will be helped by Naveera and Arali, Upgrading her Check Once and giving a Boost Die for Deception (Cunning) at Hard Difficulty. The uniform helps but they also do not know you so no changes there.

[Yslane Tssilla]

Yslane frowned. "Damned paperwork. Did they not forward my transfer order." Then she glanced behind her at the two secretaries. "Oh and theirs, I guess."

She leaned toward the guy, "Look man nobody has time for this shit. You want I can follow you to comms and double team the pinheaded paper pushing shits at HQ for their fuck up. Cool?"

He nodded and walked over to the hub in the center. "Let's see if the top brass do something for once."

Arali, for her part, has the most impeccable posture. Something to do with a giant lightsaber running down her spine. Lekku go a way to hiding the bulge, fortunately.

"Like anyone's surprised," she deadpans. Jaded cynicism over administrative incompetence covers a great many sins.

[Nekoinu]

In the meantime, Vera escorted Captain Alderaan to the communications hub. She pushed him back with her palm for a patrol to pass by and then smirked at him. "Don't get too hasty, aruetii."
