Description: The wedding was a bad time... well it was magical but the reception was awful and apparently a high ranking delegate was assaulted b the Republic! Time to capitalize on this matter and push some concessions from the hated Republic!
Rules: Each player may take part in one part of this event. 2 Advantage may be used to add a boost die to another ally in this thread, this can be used multiple times. 2 Threat gives the next ally a setback die, this can be used multiple times. Success in a stage grants 1 Diplomacy point and a scoring Triumph grants an additional 2. A Despair will cost the team 2 Diplomacy points.
- I want to see your Manager: The delegate will try and force the matter with the Republic and bring them to the table. This is a Leadership or Coercion check versus Hard difficulty.
- If the Glove Fits: The delegate tries to present an argument that wrong doing occurs and that the Republic is responsible for the matter! This is a Deception or Charm check at Hard with a setback as the Republic is inclined to not agree with the Empire's assertions.
- I want Satisfaction: The delgate demands that the Republic make amends for this indignity. They can cite precedence for the matter and use proper diplomatic channels to force a concession from the Republic. This is a Knowledge Core Worlds or Education roll at Daunting difficulty.
