Starting the day by returning to the Saarai-kaar with Jitter on the speeder, the Jawa was happily chirping away about the plans he had for improving some of Shaisha's gear.
"Well, it would be nice to have a commlink in it," Shaisha agreed as they got off the speeder. "Just. Don't. Break. It."
For some reason though, Jitter insisted on not doing the work indoors at the ship, but he brought all his tools, and the junk he called parts and tools, outside and set up his own impromptu workshop. Shaisha hovered over him as he got to work on her mask, assisting and also sternly trying to keep the overeager Jawa from suddenly installing some weird stuff on it.
"Uh-oh," said Jitter.
"... Did you break it?"
Silence from the jawa.

After breakfast, Galen was slowly on his way back to the Starcross. His ribs were still a bit sore, but the hangover from the night before was worse. Bar fight or not, Zane probably regretted footing the bill that created it. Regardless, his head pounded and he was a bit disoriented. Breakfast had not done its job.
Coming across the makeshift Jawa workshop, Galen gave a wave.
"Hey, Rubac. You working on something' new for the cap'n?"

The jawa confusedly went on a rant. First that it had made a monumental discovery of an alternative way to create Q-36 Hydro-Space Modulator, then that the helmet wasn't broken, it was just being primed. And then thirdly that it wasn't Rubac, it was Jitter!
"Hey, ease up, little guy," Shaisha bopped him on the head, then noticed who it was who had approached them.
"Oh... well that's a familiar face. Galen Sol. It's a small galaxy."

He blinked and rubbed his eyes.
"Shaisha Vreysk. Hi."
He looked down.
"I'm guessing you're not Rubac. You're much too polite."

The Jawa stated frustratedly again that it was Jitter not Rubac.
"Yeah... this is Jitter. My rather over-enthusiastic mechanic," she chuckled quietly. "He's not too bad, if you can figure out what he's talking about most of the time."
Jitter said that he was the only one who could make a Q-36 Hydro-Space Modulator, a feat no one else could do.
"As I said, if you can figure out what he's talking about... still working on some of it myself. How you been, Galen? The rest of the crew here too?"

"A little hungover. So, pretty good." he nodded. "The Starcross is just up that way. Sorry, Jitter. Have you ever considered different colored robes?"
"How have you been Shaisha?"

"I've tried offering him other clothes many times, but he just isn't interested," she chuckled and shook her head. "Clean up the mess, Jitter. Half of this stuff should be on the ship, at least."
After shooing off the Jawa to tidy up his own mess (hopefully), Shaisha looked back to Galen. "Well enough, though busy. Nar Shaddaa truly is a moon that never sleeps... and everything is fine with the Starcross' crew as well?"

He nodded again. "As well as can be expected. We finished a job yesterday. Zane and I got into a little trouble last night, but nothing serious. The moon's a bit busier than usual, though."

"I don't think I know this 'Zane'... what sort of trouble was it you got into then?" she cocked her head, looking questioningly at the man before her.

"Apparently, he danced with the wrong man's girl." he shrugged. "Can't say I haven't done the same a time or two. Have you been keeping out of trouble?"

"Hardly," the Sith smirked. "Either I'm causing the trouble or I'm looking for it."
"Dancing with the wrong girl... and what is her opinion on it, hm?"

"I haven't met her." he shook his head. "But, I'm sure she wasn't forced into it. Dancing is only good when you both want it."

"That's true, I guess," Shaisha figured the girl was probably pitting two potential lovers against eachother to see which one would come out on top.
"So you've had a Jawa infestation too then, since you mistook my mechanic for one you know?"

"Yeah, Rubac's our mechanic. He's always trying to build things to impress Xero." he nodded. "Does Jitter get sand everywhere?"

"Sand? No... at least not that I've noticed," she shook her head, "but I'm always worried that my kaff-machine is going to become a transforming killer-droid when I least expect it. That or explode."
"He kinda came with the ship. Stowaway. Now he refuses to leave, but he keeps the ship in good condition, so I keep him around."

"Well, that's good." he grinned. "Maybe not the transforming, exploding droid, though I think I'd like seeing that."

"I'd rather not," she grinned. "At least not early in the morning when all I want is kaff."
"How did you pick up yours then? Recruited or stowaway like mine?"

He shrugged. " It's before my time. I signed on about a year ago. But, Rubac seems to spend all of his time in the vents, so probably a stowaway."

"Aphr would probably know the story then. How is she doing, by the way?" she asked, turning over her mask in her hands and checking it for anything terribly amiss.

"Well enough." He said. "She hasn't been sleeping well, though. Dreams about a violent masked twi'lek. And, something about Nal Huttta."

The Sith looked toughtful for a moment.
"I know of one masked twi'lek... violent, though? I suppose that is in the eye of the beholder. The one I know isn't anymore violent than me. Or less. But Aphr always seemed a bit gentle in that regard." Shaisha shrugged.

"I met one myself, a couple of nights ago." he said. "She didn't seem violent, but came across as forceful. I was told she served a Lord Yulo?"

"It is indeed a small galaxy then," she nodded. "Moyr Ahaya. She was at Korriban the same time as I."
"I never interacted much with her personally, but I could get you in touch with someone who knew her very well, if you are concerned about her?"

"I'd like that." he nodded. "I trust Aphr to take care of herself, but there are many things she's just learning."

"Hm..." she cocked her head to the side. "... Sounds like she's realised she has more potential than being more than an errand-girl then. If Ahaya is poking around at her."
Shaisha pulled out her datapad to pass the info to Galen. "This guy and Moyr were... lovers... for a brief time, before a rather nasty fallout. Sylvain Torsin will probably be accomodating with information, if you let him know you are acquaintances of mine... though I'd suggest not dropping his name around Ahaya. Even after several months, she isn't even able to look in his direction or acknowledge the fact that he is standing on the same moon as her."
