Nar Shaddaa

Seemingly just another young woman intent on her datapad in the Neon Wonderland cafe, Varra had quietly accessed the backdoor she had left in Aris N'Ventas' private database and was rifling through his files. Lists of shady contacts and shipments that had fallen off trucks sprang up as she searched the database.

Varra nodded as she absorbed the valuable data. Without Aris to hold things together, it had been a close thing to keep all this from falling apart. But having joined the N'Ventas organization's new management, Varra tried to give it a nudge here and a nudge there to keep it going a little longer.

Her fingers flew on the datapad as she switched from reading data to entering orders for some of Aris's low level grunts. Let's see if I can make this work.

Most of Aris' personnel were on low-level duties such as shipping management, cleanup, and security. Some of them were confused on who was the new person in charge out of the nine who came in. More yet, the split between the Republic and Empire made the tensions particularly strong.

There were still some files to be re-configured, a puzzle left to be solved...?

Although Aris's personnel were confused as to who was in charge now, Varra soon sorted them out. The organization was Under New Management now!

And while tinkering around in the data center, Varra's superuser privileges to the dead slicer's database gave her access to some very interesting secrets.....

Aris had dug up more data on Project: Evolution than he had let on. The reports showed heavy activity between the station and the rest of Y'Toub System. However, going back to the original shipments was much different. Those had revolved around one planet in particular: Taris. The ruined planet had received routine deliveries to and from the planet ever since.

Though the exact nature of the shipments was never clarified, the highest classification was of a highly contagious biohazard.
