Alysele had a bad night. And a bad morning. Sleeping with a painful arm wasn't really restful.
Still, she was alive, so that counted for something. There was a growing list of topics that needed a senior Jedi looking at it, so Aly decided to visit Satele Shan. So, she went searching for her in the Enclave.

Satele is meditating in her room, she says "Alysele, good morning."

Masters get their own room... so unfair.
"Thank you Master Shan." She entered the room, taking a look around. "Am I bothering?"

"Not at all, Alysele, please join me. I am here to serve my fellow Jedi," she says in a welcoming tone.
OOC: Think every Jedi gets their own room, but sure

OOC: Huh, I misread it then, it seemed like a communal room.
"Thank you Master Shan." She stepped into the room, and looked for a good place to sit perhaps. "There are a few topics that I encountered during my stay here, that require your attention. Speaking of which, how do you find Nar Shaddaa so far?"

"It is a dangerous but interesting place, a reflection of the Hutts that control it. What concerns you?" she offers.
"Does this have to do with your encounter last night?"

Word gets around fast.... which wasn't surprising when considering how often did the order frown on too much outside stimulus. It meant that the Jedi were gossipy bunch.
"Among other things. Can I ask what have you heard, and I will fill in the rest." She sat with a somber expression.

"I just know there was an altercation in Shadow Town and the Empire may have been involved. I was worried once I heard about your encounter," she says honestly.

Worried? What about attachments?
"The Order got an anonymous tip of a killer hunting Force Sensitives showing up at Shadowtown. I went to investigate, and was confronted by a nikto armed with special equipment. He was well trained, for a non-Force user, and his armor could resist my attacks. We thought evenly for a while, and I was wearing him down." She frowned. "A Force Sensitive Pandoran showed up to help, and things got tough. Unfortunately, the nikto got a few hits in."
She gestured to her left arm. "And left me unconscious. Then the Imperials arrived and the nikto ran away. I convinced the Sith in charge, an... aspirant of Xevious', to include me on the further investigation results."

"How did the Sith get involved? I guess if this attacker is hunting Force Users they would be interested ass well. There are many non-Force Users who train to fight and kill us, it makes a certain kind of sense. I am not familiar with the nikto culture or their traditions. It seems the Force has guided you all together. Please stop these hunters this could jeopardize our work here and I don't want any Jedi or Sith to suffer," she says in response.

"Apparently the nikto has killed one of their own." She stretched her left arm slowly, the muscles still tight and painful, and Aly grimaced in response.
"They are Morgukai, which seem to be training specifically against Force users. I have received another lead from the Sith, and I intend to follow up." She frowned again. "I was hoping for some resources from the order for this topic. I have the aid of a Force Sensitive Pandoran Mercenary, but considering the forces the Sith use, I am hoping for some help."

"Of course, what do you need Alysele? More Jedi support or simply resources?" she responds.

"As this assignment includes dealing with the... underbelly of Nar Shadda's underworld, withe the downtrodden on the lower levels, I would like to ask for assistance from someone who has experience in such circumstances. I'm unfortunately a bit more straightforward than that, and while the Sith and the mercenary can handle that, I would like to have a Jedi making sure that I am not misled."
She looked away for a second. "And this wold dovetail into my second topic. I have found with Padawan Zuura a merchant who has a large amount of merchandise that might interest the order. Lightasber crystals and parts. I believe it would do good for the order to acquire these parts, at least to keep them away from the Sith."

"Master Resmi Thun is well versed with the intricacies of Nar Shaddaa or you could speak with Arali, she also seems well versed with the complexities of the Hutt underworld. As for the merchant the Order will look into the matter," Satele says.
"Are you okay? This ordeal cannot be easy for you."

Arali? Seriously? The dropout?
Alysele frowned. "Should we involve Arali? This is a sensitive matter, and I am quite sure that she is busy with other matters."
She coughed lightly. "I am fine. It is my duty, this is what the order demands of me." She shrugged, her tone harsher than she intended it to be. Some feelings are better off buried. "I would highly recommend acquiring the materials Master Shan... it would do us all good. We are still at war, after all."
OOC: Convincing Satele, should I roll?

Satele says, "I will have the Order consider the request, and yes Arali may not have completed the trials but that does not mean she does not have wisdom and ideas that are without merit. I trust her insights, perhaps you should too."
OOC: Three challenge dice and a difficulty die for a Charm check.

"I don't want to speculate just be mindful," she counters.
"We will look into the matter of these supplies and see if anything has value, it may take a few days as I confer with the Council on the matter."

"I will do so." Feeling like being rebuked Aly withdraw a bit. "I understand, it will take time." Better to deliberate than act.
"I will keep you abreast of the situation with the cult." She wiggled her arm a bit. "What do you think of the Sith in attendance, Master Shan?"

“It really depends on the Sith, I try not to make blanket statements. Some live up to the image we are familiar others play against the type. All are Sith and that cannot be understated. A better question is what you think of them, as each of us must form our own opinions,” she responds with a warm but serene attitude.

That was a vague and unhelpful answer.
"Well, most of my opinion on sith has been informed by the teachings of the order and my brief yet hostile encounter with them. She frowned. "Do you think there are good sith out here, or are they all hopelessly corrupt and self-destructive?"

"I think there are good Sith, the path of redemption is open to all," she responds.

Alysele continued frowning, then let out a sigh. "Perhaps I ought to meet with some of them then." She floated the idea. This meeting was... less fruitful than she hoped.
"If my arm gets better, would Master Shan be open for sparring? With some training sabers?"

“What is your purpose with a spar, Satele says,” cocking her head as she considered the request.
“Do you feel you need more time practicing your skills. I was under the impression that you are a talented duelist and certainly you have a reputation for such. I just don’t want to encourage other more impressionable Jedi in training that we are simply warriors. We are fundamentally keepers of the peace and I wish to show non-violent methods of conflict resolution.”

"I lost in my fight. I need practice, as it is apparent my skill is not enough for the victory needed here." Her voice was determined. "As for non-violent options... perhaps we should step up during the peace talks. While I understand that the Senate is the ruling body, perhaps it would be good to present a unified front, and the Order to take part alongside the senators."
