This casino is focused on one things keeping people inebriated and taking their money. Run by Black Sun, this casino does good business and also serves as a makeshift headquarters for the crime syndicate in the lower levels. Most businesses and private persons pay protection to the the Black Sun who in turn have an arrangement with the local Hutt cartels to stay in business, it isn't always a peaceful one but rooting out the Black Sun seems to be more effort than the Hutts wish to expend.
