Fancy's casino was a fancy casino, and the Red Wraith apparently wanted to take some calculated risks to start earning. She didn't expect a familiar face, but...

Zeno was there to enjoy some of the entertainment. When he sees the familiar mask from Yavin, he smiles and approaches. "Afternoon Red. How are things going?"

"Hello, fearsome Sith Lord." The voice carried a bit of amusement. "I want to play a bit, check if through power I gain victory also in sabacc. Feeling like joining?"

"I'm not much of a gambler myself, but I'd be glad to work together," he says with a nod. "You understand the rules better than me I'm guessing?"

He pulls out his datapad to offer up a stake for her to work with. "If so, I'll put up a bigger piece for an even split, since you probably know what you're doing. Less for you to lose."

"Sure, that works. Let's join a table."

They joined a table with Corellian Spike, a variant of Sabacc played with dice. Moyr had so-so rolls, but she distracted the fortunate guys just enough for his winning roll become a losing one just seconds after. Though luck it all went under the radar. Zeno helped by aiding in distracting. Furrowing his mighty brows was super effective and stroking his goatee was super effective.

MA2. Playing Sabacc. Gambling, Tier 2 (Fancy's). Betting 500 (Zeno: 300, Moyr: 200), 50/50 split of win. Zeno's Boost. Influence. Mask: +1 Dark Pip.: 2eP+1eA+1eB+1eF+1eC+2eD 1 threat, 1 Dark Side

[1 Dark Pip for Success, 1 Dark Pip for Advantage = simple narrow win without complications. NET: Zeno +200, Moyr +300]

"Looks like we had a bit of luck." Moyr smirked under the mask when they left the table to cash in.

Zeno nods as he collects his part of the winnings. "Luck does indeed seem to be with us," he says as the two of them are ushered away from the tables. Their winning was done for the day, but they had some money that the casino undoubtedly would want them to spend on drinks, entertainment and food.

"What's going on with you, Red? Seen any action since Yavin?"

"Not really. Lord Yulo is not full of ideas how to engage me in interesting ways. Maybe being here will make a difference." She shrugged. "You had your share of planet-hopping though, right?" They sat comfortably in one of the lounges.

"That's too bad, but I suppose that means a bit of free time for you to pursue personal interests," he says with a pleasant smile.

"Yeah, I've gotten around a bit. Though I do wonder what the peace talks could mean for traveling to new and exotic places."

"Ah, the peace talks." There was a snarl in her voice. "Those are certainly not easy to conduct with the amount of alcohol it would require for our side to forget the first line of the Code."

"I think being drunk would make it harder to forget and result in more cantina brawls," he replies with a chuckle.

"That would favour our side of negotiations, as long as we put Layne and Jo'ren at the negotiating table." She laughed. "So you expect travel bans to be a part of the deal?"

"I wouldn't be surprised if there were bans put in place, or at least restrictions, allowing only those with diplomatic credentials to travel between worlds controlled by either side." He says with a nod.

"So there goes my vacation to Corellia." Zeno gives a fake pout at that.

"Corellia? Why Corellia? For the ships, the girls or the whiskey?" She smirked. "You could always travel incognito. A bit of face paint and die and we would have one handsome Pantoran." She stifled a giggle.

"Definitely the ships and the whiskey. Never been with a Corellian woman so I wouldn't know if they're worth a visit." He smirks with a shrug. "And I think even incognito I'd likely end up getting myself into trouble... since I tend to enjoy getting myself into trouble. That's half the fun of a vacation."

"Corellian men aren't half-bad..." She trailed off, after a nod to herself. "About getting oneself in trouble, I won't say I don't empathise. Though I guess your holiday troubles may be on the frisky side?"

"A fight or two go a long way to picking up the excitement if a holiday gets boring. Maybe an unauthorized race or visiting off limits locations to see what's so special about them."

"For hiking you could pick rougher worlds than Corellia." She tilted her head, relocating the lekku. "Racing what, I wonder."

"Any vehicle that's got speed. Starships, swoops, or walkers. If it can be piloted I'd be up for racing it."

"How about animals?" Moyr chuckled. "I raced blurrgs when I was a child."

"That's more my father's style. He likes collecting predators," he says with a shrug. "I prefer something a bit faster."

"Blurrgs can get pretty fast. But flesh or steel, I think I could beat you."

"Maybe, maybe not. That's what races help find out," he says with a shrug. "If you're up for it we could give it a go sometime."

"We indeed could." She nodded. "How are things in your family once you've assumed lordship by the way?"

"As normal, nothing is truly enough for my father, so same as usual there. But I think he probably feels threatened. Unlike him, I grew up with the Deathwrights, have lived their ways, and know loyalty to and from them. He forced his control of the house. You may be able to imagine how concerned he might be. Especially given the fact that he ensured I had a difficult childhood to make me strong."

He waves over a server to order something to drink.

"But then, he likely also doesn't understand that my loyalty to my family is as absolute as my family's loyalty to the the empire has been for a millennium. And he is my family even if he's not all of theirs."

"So your family roots reach back to the Old Empire? I didn't know that. Who of the ancient Sith Lords were the Deathrwights loyal to back then?"
