[Day 1 - Late Morning] It's Always 1700 Somewhere

Or would that be 6100 on this planet? Vec always had trouble adjusting his planetary watch whenever he found himself on a new planet. It was always better to coordinate your time around your duties rather than the time the sun rotated. Or suns. Or collapsed suns. Or artificial stars. Whatever.

Not currently on duty yet, he strayed a bit from the Imperial compound to catch a glimpse of his surroundings. It wasn't often that he found himself in a posting with actual civilization. Despite all of the comforts available with the right amount of credits, he found himself almost wishing to the bare necessities given by a basecamp. At least there wasn't a grave danger of being mugged there.

He approached the first cantina he saw and walked up to the bar, flashing some credits in hand to show that he was a paying customer. "Oi, a shot. Whatever gets me through the rest of the flippin' day."
