Nar Shaddaa

It had been a long day. Adrianaa decided to return to the Viper and relax in one of the ways she enjoyed the most, by singing.

She wasn't half bad, either.

"Kandosii, kandosii!" the Mandalorian clapped. The rest of his Clan were already clapping but they did so even more-so with their leader doing so. He rose from his seat and approached the singer. Partway through, his smile grew even wider. "Osi'kyr! You're a Senator! And you came here to sing?" He erupted into a laugh and continued to do so until he was satisfied. "That is absurd, you know?! And I like it!"

Durasay had decided to go for a drink maybe listen to some music. It was the late evening when he finally returned to the Yellow Viper. The music was upbeat, the crowd a good mix.

Proper Scum and Villain types.

Making his way to the bar, he ordered his drink. It was then when he started to pay attention to the performance.

That Republic Senator. Adrianaa. She was good. Really good, actually. Taking his drink in hand, the Pantoran moved towards the stage, before choosing a close coxktail round to sit at.

Adrianaa glances to Durasay in a "I see you, one moment" type manner and looks at the mandolorian.

"Well, I am glad you enjoyed. It is nice to be able to get away from the bureaucrats for a while. Are you enjoying your evening...mister?"

"Kyr'ad Kelborn. Don't mind the name, it's an old joke. Some might say an old joke entirely!" He let out another hearty laugh. "And then I'd have to prove them wrong."

"Adrianaa Morindel. I'm sorry, I don't quite understand why it would be a joke? Never was one for understanding Mandalorian"

She smiles and shifts her weight to one leg, the slit in her dress opening and showing her knee

"'Kyr'ad' means 'corpse' in Mando'a," he explained, "It has a bit more meaning nowadays with my age!" He laughed, a bit more contained than before, but clearly he was jolly at the moment. "A pleasure to meet you. I am wondering now if you are skilled in combat. An entertainer pursued my grandson and took him down before he even reacted," he explained as if it was just a normal, everyday thing. "He's not dead, if you're wondering. Just wounded pride."

Adrianaa shakes her head.

"Unfortunately, I have to hire my guns. My negotiation has always been with words. Never learned a gun. Military service was all logistics"

His expression turned to disappointment. "Damn shame then. I hope you learn some day."

Durasay smiled at the acknowledgement, relaxing into hus chair. He enjoyed his drink, savoring it. The liquid had a gratifying burn, with a dry, bitter taste.

Everything he desired in a drink. He half-lidded his eyes, watching the interaction between the Senator and the mandalorian.

Adrianaa carches Durasay's eyes and motions him over with her head.

"Well, perhaps someone could teach me. I'm always up for getting a little...physical"

She winks amd grins

Standing from his seat, he carried his drink over to Adrianaa and the Mandalorian. "I hope I'm not intruding, warrior." He spoke to Kyr'ad, in accented Mando'a, before addressing Adrianaa, giving a friendly nod, though he did note the slip of her knee, and the wink to Kyr'ad.

"Senator, good to see you again, wonderful voice." His words returned to basic, before taking a seat at the table. Beneath his trenchcoat, the collar of his old military uniform could be seen.

The old Mandalorian laughed at the wink and looked to the Pantoran. "Su cuy'gar! All is well. A military man as well, I see." He looked to the Senator. "For Mandalorians, training new blood is always a pleasure."

"K'oyacyi!" He raised his drink to the Mandalorian, before bringing the cup to his lips. "Former military. More gunslinger now. An organizer and negotiator really." He smiled, before flicking a gaze back to Adrianaa.

"I'm no stranger to the Resol'nare. One of my brothers-in-arms is one of yours, as well."

Remmington makes his way around the cantina. After playing the tables for a bit. He comes around to catch Adrianaa's performance. Seeing that she is already talking with a few people. He takes a seat at an empty table. He offers her a smile and waves when she looks his way.

Adrianaa returns the smile to Remmington and motions for him to come over as well.

"I wonder, what would a day in the life of a new recruit look like?"

"A strict schedule to start! New recruits often need a bit of structure to their lives!"

He looked at Durasay and smiled. "Who is your comrade then?"

Durasay downed his drink, setting the glass down as hehe finished it. "Craw of Clan Tobaga." His smile remained ever present, before his attention was drawn to the other the Senator waved over.

Interestijg. Very interesting.

The smile faded. "Craw Tobaga. What he is most known for is desecrating his honor by leaving his fiance at the last second."

In another part of the bar, Hala continues making friends with Mandalorians and an off-duty squad of Imperial soldiers to further greater comraderie and friendship between the two.

Durasay relaxed in his seat for a moment, before a server began to walk by. "Another Corellian Brandy, please. And four shots of jet juice. Please." He spoke without looking away from Kyr'ad. "I wasn't aware of that. I knew he had a fiancee, but not what happened."

Craw. You and I are going to have a very long talk when I get back to the ship.

His demeanor remained cool, almosy icy now, as he kept hia features relaxed. "He's saved my hide more times than I can count. I trust him with my life, and as far as I've known him, his honor has never been in question. Craw, kaysh ner vod."

"Then he has not told you everything. It is not my place to tell you about his mistakes. Simply ask him about Nai'tiri Cadera."

"Well, I will do just that." He relaxed slightly, especially ince the server returned with the drinks. The shots passed around the table, one waiting for the Sith, should he join them.

"What should we drink to?" A white eyebrow cocked, as he looked around the table.

Adrianaa takes the glass and thinks for a moment.

"Well, we have two ex military here and a Mandalorian, so how about..."

She thinks for a moment.

"To glory?"

Remmington nods to Adrianaa and gets up to approach the table. He picks up a drink from a waitress' tray as he walks over.

"Excuse me gentlemen. It looks like you are enjoying yourselves quite a bit here. May I join you?"

He offers them a polite bow and a smile. "Remmington Thalalas. Captain of of the Hutt Ball team Valkyrie."

He will join the toast once they are okay with him joining.
