If it's once per game as advertised then it would include session 3 XP if the reduction wasn't used in Session 1 or 2.
To use it again would require waiting for session 1 of the next game.
So my (completely non-urgent and possibly irrelevant) question is: will characters that can't play in the next game be able to use an intermission mentor reduction (e.g. with the extra XP they get for not being able to participate in the Republic-only game)?
