Where there were con-goers, there were people suffering heatstroke, hyperventilation, panic attacks, bruises and cuts from being battered with over-zealous costumes, crush injuries from overcrowding, dehydration, and the dozens of other maladies associated with putting too many overexcited people in the one place.

The First Aid stand was outside the actual con floor, so he couldn't even get free entry for his trouble.

There is a large crowd forming outside the first aid booth.

Running a hand through his hair, I hope they aren't all here for first aid, not this early in the morning, and Cole stands up, craning his neck to see if he can work out what's going on.

The crowd parts and people are taking pictures of the starlet, Jin Vaya.

Internally, Cole squees like a little girl, but his expression is carefully arranged into a restrained, lopsided smile. Is she coming this way? She couldn't be. But that would be so cool... His stomach twists up with nervous butterflies.

She stops to pose some more wearing a t-shirt that reads, "Jedi in the streets, Sith in the sheets." She has tight jeans and shiny red boots and a killer smile.

Cole drifts towards the door of the first aid area, scoffing at her pop culture t-shirt, I bet they just love that. But even he has to admit that she is incredibly sexy, and she's working it like a champion, as if there was any doubt.

She pauses by the first aid stand and says, "Do you work here?"

Cole's smile widens, "I do ma'am. Petty Officer Cole Ormont, Galactic Republic Naval Surgeon," it's just automatic: rank, name, title.

[Dapper Dog]

"Republic military, oh man I love you guys, thank you for your service!" she says excitedly. "Come here let's get some pictures together!"

[Cole Ormont]

Cole is practically vibrating with excitement, running a hand through his blonde curls, "always a pleasure to serve, ma'am!"

[Dapper Dog]

"Do you have a hat?" she asks.

[Cole Ormont]

"I, uh, I do," Cole didn't think he'd actually worn the damn thing since he'd left Basic, but he did have one. He took it from his pack, inspecting it quickly, and offering it to Ms Vaya.

She puts on the hat and then poses with Cole and saluting as the media goes crazy!

Cole grins roguishly, saluting as well for the cameras.
