First of all, blue is awesome.

What's in store for Rumun, now that he is on the run?

He is running but still a sith. He has a way to contact Darth Malgus so he will probably join his army. Malgus is already an exile so it sounds fitting.

Second I'm still Hoshi's apprentice, so he will keep his contact with her but in secret so there are no links between his 'traitor' actions and her.

Rum was and is and will be an awesome blue man, though there is now a solid competition in Moyr's life in that category. :P

Let's go through the basics and then some advanced stuff.

Highlight of the game?

Biggest regret?

Moment of desperation?

Dirtiest in-character thought?

Was our working relationship what you more or less expected, or did it take unpredictable turns for you?

Has Moyr changed in Rum's perspective since Korriban, if so in what way?

Did I manage to make any lasting contribution to your story this game?

Some key turning points in your story this game?

What did you like about how I handled Moyr this time? Some advice where I should/could go with her in the future, what's better left behind?

Also, big kudos for the way you snapped in Baras fight and then committed to go on a wild cosmic ride with Magpie as the flame of future revolution! I always sensed a kindred spirit in Rum in that regard and now here we are! I am so happy. We'll see how the Magpie stuff will go during the downtime once our goals are through, one of the things I really look forward to.

I love seeing Rumun develop over these games. I still remember how he started out as such a timid little thing (figuratively speaking here) on Korriban and at the end there just had a complete "EMBRACE THE DARK"-turn around.

And in this game he was a very calm and backgroundy-plotter, until he decided to say "kriff off!" to Baras. My favorite Rum-moment!

Thank you for throwing such an unexpected curveball into the whole Magpie vs. Baras-scenario. It was amazing.

Will Rumun be reaching out to other Sith who might be like-minded or potential allies?

Rumun does get involved with the craziest things. Was he originally thinking of working with Magpie or was that more of a in the moment type of decision?

Thoughts on a partner bounty hunter?

Blue is awesome!

Basic Stuff!
  • Getting Rum involved in so many different plots with different people. Even if some of those plot where not finished it was still interesting to be part of so many different things.
  • Not RP with neutrals or republic character! Yep, during the entire game I didn't play with non-imperial people. Something I must correct in the future.
  • Haydriss and Baras. Haydriss because I was pretty much a noob, both IC and OOC, about combat. Baras because I was like 'hey now I'm not so noob, let fight!' and Baras was like...yeah.
  • Like always, Rumun does not have dirty thoughts. He cannot relate with other people via snu-snu thougths.

Advanced Stuff!

  • Since D0 I knew and wanted to be involved in Moyr's plots. Sometimes I missed oportunities to be a part of things, but I'm satisfied with what I did with you and team YULO. Most likely in the future Rumun will continue to work alongside you.
  • Moyr has been a big influence in Rumun's development. Her influence over his rebellious part and about embracing the darkside is very important. Is this a good influence? A think not. Rumun is becoming more and more incapable of relating to people via empathy because of that. Probably, at this point, he is incapable of returning to the light.
  • Yep, very long lasting as I mentioned in point 2 ^^
  • Definetely Haydriss, Hoshi and Baras threads. Those three threads change Rumun quite a bit. After Haydriss, Rumun dedicated himself to never be overwhelmed in combat situations or be threatened. Hoshi reinforced that thought even further. Baras commanding Rumun was one of the things that pretty much changed how Rumun will act in the future.
  • I like how Moyr is all about embrace the darkness. Somehow, I believe she is doing this not for power but for another more personal reason, like not being considered a slave, breaking the galaxy views about twi'leks. But as she goes further and further, deeper into the darkside, I believe she is turning into a slave of darkness. Ironic from my point of view. Rumun find that dichotomy fascinating. My OOC advise would be get yourself out of the darkness! save yourself. My IC advise, go for it! haha!

EDIT: I forgot to mention Fildon Vil's conversations. That were also pretty important threads from Rumun's perspective. The ideas that were mentioned there are now the base of Rumun thoughts about the Sith Order and the Empire in general.

Haha! Yeah that was a big change in Rumun. But don't be fooled, Rumun is not here for some sort of abstract revolution. That's is not his main objective in this life. I imagined Rum as being some sort of agent of both chaos and order. He acts only to continue 'watching' how lifeforms 'evolve' in this galaxy. He is not here to grab power for power sake. His main and only objective is to know everything that transpire in the galaxy and how beings relate with one another. He wants to unravel the great mistery of the force. Sort of, No matter the consecuences to other beings.

Haha thanks! Indeed this game was a big development for Rum. The most satisfying part of 'Baras go to hell!' was that it was not part of my initial intentions for that event. I was all about supporting Baras. It was his action of commanding Rumun that made him snap. I thought about how Kisada didn't join Shoju in L5R because Shoju asked for Kisada's support. That was my feeling during that thread. If Baras would had kept his mouth shut, Rumun would not had acted.

For the most part, Rumun has find it 'path' during this game. And for me, as a player, this char has been working as I first imagined him. There are about 5 or 6 fictional characters (from Books, anime, movies, etc) which are the main base of Rumun's persona and it would seem that my idea about merging them together has been working. :P

Rumun will join or reach other sith, or jedi, or anyone. It does not matter if they are like-minded or potential allies. Right now he is very chaotic in his approach to people. He would even approach Baras, if that works for some plot. That level of chaos. So, he would like to reach for Shai in the future! btw thanks for that little scene in the imperial compound. It is always nice to RP with you, Vulpine Overlord! Hail!

Decisions, Decisions! It was made in that moment. I was initialy going to join Baras side. So yeah, it was not planned. He didn't even knew who was Magpie during that thread. Sylvain convinced Rumun and that is were things changed. Pretty sure they changed for bad, not for good. Rumun is not a moral duro and this act of defiance was a turning point in that regard.

Hey I enjoyed our threads. Unfortunately our time zones makes difficult for us (alongside Niriti) to play. But I always enjoy every thread I'm involved, even if it is a minor one! :)

Saved your life buddy! Or something like that :). I enjoyed our fight with the enemies of Malus, hopefully Rum sees Jo'ren as a potential ally in future.

Hope we get more threads together next time around, I've been enjoying Rum's development!

Rumun reminds me of Penguin of Gotham the tv show.

If you don't watch it, I'll elaborate later.
