The Greypectre serenely orbited Nal Hutta. Rumun could see the variations in the planet's atmosphere. Greenish clouds dotted the entire circumference.

Rumun relaxed in the captain's chair.



'' What are we waiting, master?'' 2V-T5 asked.

'' A call '' The duros replied



'' Guess we are just going to sit here watching that horrible ball for a while then...'' Tikala said.

'' Patience, Tikala. She will call. Then we will have to do some research so again, patience...'' He said to the twi'lek.

'' What kind of research? '' She asked with a bit of impatience.

'' Patience, everything will be revealed. '' Rumun replied with his eyes closed as he stretched his arms. He remembered his hat. He really missed that hat.

Suddenly Rumun's comlink started to ring.

'' See...'' He smiled at Tikala while he picked his comlink.

'' Hi Moyr, what's up?'' Rumun answered the call.

Moyr Ahaya wrote:"A short call from Nal Hutta, Rum. I poked around. You could use your awesome Durosness to look up things like Black Witches, Black Mire, Black Tree. Things from Evocii folklore. Just discreetly. If you find anything call me back on a secure channel any time."

He did not knew the details about this request but Rumun could at least imagine that it was linked to the Hazzan's trail quest.


'' Sure, no problem. I will see what I can do about it. Anything else?'' He replied.

Moyr Ahaya wrote:"Great. Any interesting developments on the subject of our mutual concern on your end?" She asked.

'' Hmm nope. Just close enough here, in orbit around Nal Hutta. I was just about to began my research on our mutual concern'' He answered. For a moment there was a strange feeling. He felt that he had this conversation with Moyr before, something about a lie and some dark lords in between. Meh it was a strange feeling but nothing else.

'' Sure. I suppose this evocii folklore has something to do with -you know what-?'' Rumun asked.

Moyr Ahaya wrote:"It just might. It looks like there might have been a Force tradition here befor the Hutts devastated the planet, enslaved the population and renamed it."

'' I see. Either they had a force sensitive culture, which I doubt, or someone taught them about it the ways of the force. '' He commented.

Moyr Ahaya wrote:"Either way, this hasn't been marked on the map for no reason. Try to determine something I can work with, I'll be down here again later in the afternoon. Do you want me to stay on the line or will you call back when you get something?"

'' This will take me awhile. Keep your comlink close. I will call you when I finish.'' He replied

Rumun and his crew began to search around the holonet for any lead, any piece of information about what Moyr wanted. This was not an easy task, records about the evocii were vague and almost non-existant. The Hutts made a very good job, erasing anything about the original inhabitants of Nal Hutta/Evocar.

After a while, Rumun could not find anything in the holonet.

Not soon after Rummun got a call from ''Mekalekku''

Rumun did not recognize who was 'Mekalekku' but the lekku part of the ID gave him some notion of who could be. He was still thinking about the difficulty of this research, when he asnwered the call.

'' Rumun Gol here '' He answered in a simple way.

''Hello Rumun'' said the familiar Togruta

''Moyr just contacted me. She said you might need help with research on a force tradition''

'' Ah Lady Zyn. How have you been? '' A polite question. He bowed respectfully.

'' Yes, yes. I have been looking for folklores from the Evocii race. Seem that Moyr may had found some kind of connection between the evocii and Hazzan's trail. It appears that the evocii did have some sort of force tradition, way back when this planet was called Evocar. '' He explains.

'' The problem that I had found is the general lack of information about the evocii. The holonet has very vague information about them. Probably the Hutts have been erasing their history systematically. To my regret, they have done a very good work deleting the evocii cultural past.'' He shakes his head.

'' Perhaps you could assist me, or I can assist you, in searching for this information. Moyr gave me these concepts 'Black Witches, Black Mire, Black Tree' . '' The duros said.

'' Black Mire sounds like a place, perhaps where there's a black tree and black witches? I don't know. ''

''I have been well thank you...how about you?''

She frowned

''Yes she informed me of those. Please tell me on how you proceeded on the research and I'll see if we missed something''

'' I have been well, thanks for asking'' He smiles to the togruta.

Then Rumun proceeded to explain the details of how he carried his research. Every detail of his search inside the holonet, every little piece of information that could help Baes to find the evocii folklore lead.

Baes listens as the Duro explains

There is a Hutt on Nal Hutta that has a slave scholar on hand and from your work you have found references of this scholars work in a few obscure academic forums and letters. Givaga the Hutt is the name and he owns the slave and he has granted audiences for this scholar on occasion but he never does so for free and he will expect a cut of whatever you find.

You have coordinates for his palace on Nal Hutta.

Baes compiles the data

''Hutts...I'll send this to Moyr. We'll need to make an apppointment''

And so she sends her friend the relevant find

'' I' just telling the truth, my lady'' Rumun smiles to Baes.

'' Yes, we will need to convince that hutt that we are only interested in the lore. Less he discovers that the lore that you obtained is more worthy than he expects and is the key to more profits and obscure information. Hutt paranoia is legendary''

''We'll see''

Baes did not really enjoy playing in deception

'' You are right, time will tell'' He replied.

*sighs*

'' A shame that we didn't engage in some casual talk during our time at the academy, my lady. I could have learned a lot from you. Really, a shame. '' Rumun shakes his head.

''Regretting the past does nothing for the future Mr. Rummun''

She seemed to be fiddling with something off-screen

''Was that the only thing you needed my help with?''

'' Ha! You are right '' Rumun chuckles.

'' I suppose so, I would have liked to have some casual lighthearted conversation, but I don't want to waste your time '' He said with a bow. '' Once again, Thanks for your help. And please, just Rumun or Rum '' He added with smile.

''Very well, Rumun it is then'' she added with a smile

''I'll need to leave you now, I wish you a good afternoon. Mayhaps we'll have a chance to talk later. Buh-bye!''
