Day 2 MM: Scavenger hunt

Beas was driving her Truck speeder on the roads near Jiguuna to the local scrapyard. With the backing of the Order, she had funds to spare. Nal Hutta was dangerous but she could handle that much and cutting the middle m'en was worth it. The Hutta only cared for their cut anyway.

[Dapper Dog]

The junk yard comes into view, eventually as the rain and foul weather made things pretty awful. There is a large fence and a shack near the main gate where a young blue skinned twi'lek boy sits in a chair. He stands when the truck gets near.

The truck came in slowly in account of the weather, one had to admire the strength of the wipers.

When near enough she rolled down the window and gave the boy a bright cheeky smile

"Good morning! I am here to check and purchase some salvage from your employer"

[Dapper Dog]

He runs back inside and and then comes back out with a female dug, she scampers up with her limbs and says in Huttese, "My boy says you want to use my yard, fifty credits to get in and then we price out the junk... materials at the end. No exceptions."

[Baesal Zyn]

Baes ponders for a second.

"I'm okay for the entry fee but I'd like to know how the pricing will be established so I know what I can afford"

[Dapper Dog]

"Some by weight... some by value, you see. As they say in Jiguuna, only junk yard is best junk yard!"

[Baesal Zyn]

She could not help but grin at that

"I can't argue with that, can't I now?"

She reached and gave the women her 50 credits

"Here you go madam!"

[Dapper Dog]

The dug nods and then barks at the boy to open the gate, "My boy will show you around and if you need anything just call for J7, a mover droid."

The dug climbs down as the gates open.

''All right, thanks!''

She drove past the gates and opened her side door for the young twilek

''Here hop in! Its no weather to be outside!''

[Dapper Dog]

The male twi'lek gets in, he looks to be a teen with a slave collar and says, "Thanks, once inside you can park the vehicle in the lot. It should be clear, no business in the rain usually."

[Baesal Zyn]

"I could see the problem that may cause" she replied looking at the rain

But that also means more for me! The owner might also be more lenient to her only consumer.

She parked the truck in a nice place for the truck's mechanical arm: did not want R5 to get in the rain so she would let him manipulate it from inside

"Here is good, Yes?" She asked the boy for confirmation

[Dapper Dog]

"Perfect," he gets out of the truck and adds, "If you need anything just call." He heads over to an overhang takes a seat and fiddles with droid parts.

She was glad to have a recycler on hand! The rain however took its toll (1 strain)

''I think I am done!'' she said to the kid

The boy comes over and says, "I will get the Master."

OOC: She gets 500 more credits worth of materials.

"Do you want a lift there?" She asked

"I'm in no hurry"

[Dapper Dog]

"Umm sure, thank you," he says climbing up and getting in out of the rain.

[Baesal Zyn]

And thus Baesal drove the truck with its load of junk to where the superviser was situated.

The female dug scampers out on her limbs and says, "Found what you need?"

''I found some useful stuff ans I'm ready for the payment''

The togruta jumped done the truck and opened the rear door for the dug to inspect

[Dapper Dog]

The dug inspects the hall and sets the bill at 300 credits for the junk.
