Nar Shaddaa

Remmington feels out into the Force. After he gets an image in his mind he inputs the coordinates into the flight computer and gets up from his seat. "Verandi take care of the rest. Also please stay be ready to take us out at a moment's notice. Have Skuld on standby in case we get into any trouble down there."

"Yes lord Remmington." The beauty piloting the ship replies.

He hands back to the holodeck to talk to his companion and make preparations.

"I have a space suit but will you be okay down there? " He asks.

"I can lend you my respirator if you don't have one."

Rumun brought his survival kit. Once again he has come to Nal Hutta to explore some sort of dark side vergence, perhaps it is the same site that he visited yesterday with Moyr and co.?

Well, if possible he would like to explore a bit more the place. If this site is the same, then perhaps there's a way to drain the lake. If it is not the same place then it would be interesting to explore another darkside site.

'' Don't worry I have brought my own survival kit. '' He replied. '' By the way, what do you know about this place? '' the duro asked.

It is the same site, not sure who is providing the coordinates... but either way it is the same place. There is also a powerful storm raging as well.

Remmington nods. "Nothing really to be honest. I just heard from Dark Side thing was here."

He finishes his preparations and checks the readings on the storm. "Still we can't dally down there. The storm may get worse so we may have to leave at a moment's notice. That is not even counting anything else dangerous we may find down there."


/ There was a bit of confusion but Remmy is using Seek to find the place after he gets a hint about it. /

The ship lands by the edge of a massive lagoon beneath high ridge and the drop down ramp opens and at the bottom the duo see Jaina standing in the rain. She says to Remmington, "Have you turned to the Light, apprentice."

She emphasizes those words by lighting her double bladed crimson saber.

OOC: Seek was not successful.

Rumun was really surprised that none other than Jaina was there. Rumun knew that this was not good.

'' Master Von '' He bowed respectfully to the academy teacher but did not said anything else and he always kept an eye on her. He looked at Remmington, he turned to the lightside? the duro wondered.

Is he going to intervene in something between master and apprentice? Who knows...

Remmington is equally surprised to see Jaina there as well. He does offer her a polite bow while keeping his eyes on her as well.

"Of course not. What are you doing here by the way? I thought you had a mission to do?" He asks.

Inside his head he sighs and a certain clock resets.

Remmington doesn't even find his own rebuttal convincing. Plus Jaina was more of a speak through action type of person. He readies his own saber as the rain continues to fall.

'' I suppose this is your fight, Remmington. I'm sorry but I'm not going to intervene in something between master and apprentice. I'm sure you understand... '' He said with an apologetic tone.

Rumun moves away. He is not going to intervene but he does keep his lightsaber ready in case he is attacked.

Remmington nods to Rumun. "You have my thanks Rumun."

He looks back to Jaina. "I don't think there is a danger of that. I live to serve the Empire. Though I guess I will have to prove it to you."

Jaina clashes with Remmington briefly and then her superior skill easily allows her to bat away his weapon and spin her double bladed weapon in a whirlwind of death and that ends with Remmington laying on the ramp with sizzling wounds. She scowls and says, "You are my apprentice, if you look weak. I look weak."

"Seek the Light if you wish but mask your intentions, you are Sith now." She lowers the blade till it is burning the flesh on his face leaving a vicious scar, "This will remind you the power of the dark side."

"I give you freedom, but you serve me," she removes her weapon leaving the smell of charred flesh. "Rumun, take my apprentice home."

"Now."

OOC: Jaina hits for 17 wounds, activates Critical 1, 2 for Linked, and uses the last advantage to look cool. That is 2 hits fof 17 Wounds Breach 1.

'' Oh, well. I wanted to investigate a bit. Whatever. '' Rumun picks Remmington and slowly moved him back to the ship. '' Good to see you, master Von '' He said with respect.

Once they are inside the ship, Rumun used one of his stimpacks to heal Remmington. Hopefully he can regain consciousness with that.

Remmington comes to after receiving the stimpack. He groans a bit... no make that a lot. "Looks like I am still no where near her level." He looks around. "Give me a moment. I need to get my lightsaber."

After retrieving his lightsaber he pats Rumun on the shoulder. "Thanks for the hand there."

He heads to the sick bay to get the doctor to take a look at him. He quietly focuses his power on restoring his wounds before she starts bandaging him up.

"Shall I try to fix this lord Remmington?" She asks indicating the scar over his eye.

He shakes his head. "No leave that Skuld. It will serve as a good reminder."
