Putting his commlink away, Galen stepped outside of the Starcross and began making his way towards the swamp. He doubted he'd find much, but he might b able to recover the damaged snare.

He packed up the snare and searched the area, for anything else left behind and for any sighns the acklay might still be about.

Looking around, he found a bit more than he expected.

He finds that the creature is nowhere around but also finds that others were here, three people with light steps and surprisingly they took the acklay away from this area. They traveled light but are long gone by now.

That explained a few things. He tried to get an idea of which direction the unknown tracks had come from. He was now less interested in where the acklay had moved to. He was curious about who had moved him.

Those come to a small but abandoned camp, those that stayed here went to great pains to cover their passing but he sees the telltale signs.

The camp yields some truths though marred but he feels a sense of the Force, whoever was here was strong in the Force and were on foot… no they had a speeder on second thought.

He wasn't going to be able to follow a speeder. At least he had a few ideas of what was going on.

"I'm on my way back." he reported over his comm. After another look around, he made his way back to the Starcross.
