Shiny rocks and Galactic shoals (Day 2, EM - Terror Star)

[Jo'ren Rath]

After a damn good night's sleep Jo'ren fit up early and returned to the Terror Star. He wanted to check on 2V's progress with the Makeb data and historical database. Also to see if the shiny rock he'd acquired was a paperweight or had any interesting properties.

He looked up at the ship as he approached and thought about all of the modifications he would like to make. It would be a small fortune's worth to do it all.

A few moments later and he was inside. "Hey gang, what's the news?"

[Dapper Dog]

"Oh Master you have returned, my circuits are pleased to see you whole," 2V says.

[Jo'ren Rath]

"Hey Too-vee, yeah I'm fine! How'd you get on with that Makeb stuff? Took my vitamins too good buddy."

He smiled and spun the orphan Jawa's rock in his hand.

[Dapper Dog]

The droid responds, "My Lord, I have made optimal progress, I have cross-referenced what you asked for and found that the Jedi presence was minimal but I did find that there was an exile from that wretched order that came to this region some four centuries back a Master Vril. Not much is in the database about Vril."

[Jo'ren Rath]

"Good job Too-vee. A Jedi exile? That sounds promising. Not really surprising there's so little to go on. I'll bet it's Vril's place the Jawas found."

He looked over towards the Holocron. "400 years might be far enough back for Darth Malak to have heard of him. I'll ask, after I get that vase from Nem'ro."

[Dapper Dog]

"Do we have a plan for getting the vase, Master?" the droid responds.

[Jo'ren Rath]

"Sure do! I'm meeting up with Reasons. She'll figure something out. Hopefully tonight." He flipped the rock from hand to hand. "Nem'ro will owe us. I'm sure I can use that to get hold of the vase."

[Dapper Dog]

"Splendid idea my lord, if you are returning to Nal Hutta I shall prepare a meal for you to take with. You can't dominate on an empty stomach my lord," the droid responds.

[Jo'ren Rath]

"Er, yeah, sure. Domination takes calories. They should make a poster of that.". He looked at the droid cautiously before returning his attention back to the maps and the record.

If this guy had been kicking about 400 years back it was likely there was still tech for the finishing. Probably droid defenders and countermeasures too.

[Dapper Dog]

"Is there anything else my lord needs?" Toovee asks as it cleans the ship.

[Jo'ren Rath]

"Yeah pal. Can you start looking around for someone who might be able to upgrade our hyperdrive?" He looked back towards the engine room.

"Maybe it's a pipe dream, but I kinda like the idea of turning this old ship into something unexpected. Not sure where I should be looking, but maybe between the three of you you can find out who I need to talk to." He tilted his chin towards the cockpit to indicate the other two droids as well.

"Other than that? Keep up the good work. I'll start looking into whether there's anything else going on at Makeb in the next few days."

[Dapper Dog]

"Of course my lord, I shall not rest these circuits till this ship matches your exacting specifications," the droid replies confidently.

[Jo'ren Rath]

"Great, let's make this thing memorable 2V. Let me know so you find. Maybe we have a Sith Artisan here in the delegation? That would make things a lot easier."

He shrugged and watched the droid move off, smiling at its enthusiasm.
