"Traitorous? I thought of it as discourse, Mister Torsin."

[Sylvain Torsin]

"I was referring to Ms. Zyn's past, not the discussion yesterday."

[Nekoinu]

Master Mersl paused for a moment and then smiled. "She possesses a different background compared to most Jedi."

[Sylvain Torsin]

He nodded, "I wasn't aware self-preservation and cowardice were things Jedi were meant to embody... but she is of little consequence, so I don't care if you wish to bring such into your ranks."

[Nekoinu]

"You have such little faith in her, though your reasons are understandable, even if I do not agree with them." The Miraluka dipped her head. "I have enjoyed our conversation. I have learned much about you." A pause. "I have not met another Sith like you. The balance you tread is unlike the majority and also unlike any Sith who has turned from your order."

[Sylvain Torsin]

He nodded, "I'm glad I could be of interest."

[Nekoinu]

She muffled a laugh in her sleeve. "Good humor too. And polite! Although most Sith I have met outside of combat have been the latter."

[Sylvain Torsin]

"I'm glad I could shatter some of your preconceived notions of my people. I am here to make sure these peace talks go smoothly... any assistance from the Jedi or the Republic is more than welcome."

[Nekoinu]

"My goals have not changed due to meeting you," she corrected, "I have always been here to do my part in keeping the peace."

[Sylvain Torsin]

He chuckled, "Fewer drugs in the food would be a lovely start."

He then stood and patted himself off. "It's been a lovely conversation. Let me know if I can be your anthropology subject again sometime."

[Nekoinu]

Master Mersl smiled. "I will not be using that method again with those outside of the Jedi Order. As for the other matter, I will try to sense if you wish to have another conversation. If that is the case, then I am sure I will find you again."

[Sylvain Torsin]

He chuckled, "You have a very creepy way of saying, 'I hope to see you again'."

He smiled, "But well enough... may the Force make you strong."

He bowed his head and prepared to depart.

[Nekoinu]

"'Creepy' is up to interpretation," she said with a sly smirk. "But yes, may the Force be with you, Mister Torsin. I hope you remember in times of need to not let danger override your senses. Stay calm and stay true to your values." The Jedi then gave him a deferential nod and then went to observe the art pieces.
