It took her far too long. But in her defense, she had never actually crafted a hilt before. Seeing Daz just do it without any guidance whatsoever had inspired the urge to to try it for herself, but she'd only managed to find the time to do so now. Assembling the individual parts, tweaking them to work as intended, was what ate up most of her time. But eventually she had them all laid out before, each part in working order.
Then came the fun part. Closing her eyes, she knelt down on the floor and allowed the force to flow through her. One by one, the pieces started floating, and; still with her eyes closed; slowly, they rotated and locked into their proper places.
