[Galen Sol]

"I didn't really know what family was." he shrugged. "All I had was Janus. It wasn't until I was older that I understood what he was."

[Aphr Ahaya]

"The Starcross crew is a family, in a way?" Aphr suggested "perhaps an unusual one, but a family either way."

[Galen Sol]

"Absolutely." he nodded. "Honestly, I've been happier here, with you, than I have been anywhere else."

[Aphr Ahaya]

"I am happy here" Aphr nodded, but added "but I want to be free to make my own choices."

[Galen Sol]

"I want you to have that, too." Galen smiled. "And, I think you can. I'm not sure what would be required, but I'll help however I can."

[Aphr Ahaya]

"I'm going to ask Xero for my freedom" Aphr said with a sigh "which he will hate I'm certain. After that? I'm not sure what will happen."

[Galen Sol]

"I don't think he'll hate it." he shrugged. "But, there may be complications. Something will be worked out."

[Aphr Ahaya]

"Will you leave?" Aphr looked curious

[Galen Sol]

"Maybe." he nodded. "You were, honestly, a large part of why I stayed initially. Your situation was one I wanted to monitor."

[Aphr Ahaya]

Aphr tilted her head.

"And what is my situation now in your eyes?"

[Galen Sol]

"You will be free." he smiled. "I don't know how or what you will do with your freedom. But, I hope you will be happy."

[Aphr Ahaya]

"I don't know either" Aphr said with a thoughtful nod "what will you do after I leave? Unless you intend to continue watching me, in which case I appear to have a stalker" there was a grin at that.

[Galen Sol]

"I'd like to get away from Nar Shaddaa." he shrugged. "Beyond that? I really don't know."

"I'll probably still check in on you, though." he grinned back. "If only to see your smile."

[Aphr Ahaya]

"I thought you already had a pink Twi'lek to call your own" Aphr teased with a shake of the head "was she not good enough? She's older than I am, likely better for you as well."

[Galen Sol]

He laughed. "She asked me to come to her place because her boyfriend beat her up and she didn't want to be alone. I'd like to help her out of that situation, but she didn't seem interested."

[Aphr Ahaya]

"Oh dear" Aphr shook her head "that's a shame. So...I am the backup pink Twi'lek?" She teased again.

[Galen Sol]

"You're the one who left me behind at the club, as I recall." he teased back. "Seems more like she was the back up."

[Aphr Ahaya]

"Yeah well....there were circumstances" Aphr sighed "I didn't mean to."

[Galen Sol]

"Finding your family was definitely more important than anything with me." he assured her. "We can have drinks and dance another time."

[Aphr Ahaya]

"I still owe you one, so let me know how I can pay you back" Aphr insisted with a nod and a smile "and dancing will happen regardless. Zane has been busy teaching me, although I think his dancing style is more for the upper levels where we really don't belong."

[Galen Sol]

"Don't let anyone tell you where you belong." he shook his head. "You shine wherever you are."

[Aphr Ahaya]

Aphr laughed, smiling brightly.

"There's a difference between shining, and being a slave in an area full of riches and royalty. I don't want to be there anyway, I prefer being where my skills and my friends are" she winked at Galen

[Galen Sol]

"It's more fun downtown anyway." he nodded. "In a couple of days, maybe? I'll admit. My adventure this morning has left me a little sore."

[Aphr Ahaya]

"And somehow I suspect within a day you'll be out on the same kind of adventure" Aphr shook her head "you really are a risk taker."

[Galen Sol]

"That sounds like me." he nodded. "But, a little risk keeps things exciting. Unless you have a better suggestion to keep me from getting bored."
