"I don't mind... but again, try to keep my name out of it. I prefer to remain anonymous." It was safer for everyone involved this way.

"So even me." He snorted, a wry smile playing across his lips. "You've given me something to think about Yslane, thank you."

[Yslane Tssilla]

"Good. That is probably a greater victory as a Jedi the bringing down the Empire would be," She smiles coyly.

[Zanebry Varliss]

Zane couldn't help but chuckle at that. "I don't know if I'd go that far, I mean I'm certainly charming and have quite the stylish hat, but bringing down the empire might beat my redemption out. Even if by only a smidgen."

He offered her a crooked smile. "So what's next on your series of victories Yslane? You convince me to settle down with just one woman?"

[Yslane Tssilla]

"Help ensure the peace talks continue forward," She lays back, "End the war. Save the Republic."

"You know the easy stuff."

She raises a brow, "One woman? Do you have someone in mind?"

[Zanebry Varliss]

He watched her as she relaxed a soft smile on his lips. "Seems easy enough, you'll probably have all that done by the end of the week. Just in time for us to go dancing."

"Not really, there are a few possibilities, but I can't say if I am ready to be that close to anyone." He took a drink from his glass. "Might need to take a few steps along that path before I'm really ready to give it a try. I mostly asked because people keep bringing it up."

"That must be one of the good sides of that vow or yours, free from all of this type of entanglement."

[Yslane Tssilla]

"Attachment. It can cloud the mind and one's emotions if you aren't careful." Yslane shrugs, "Of course there are those who either leave the Order or break the vow, Master Shan comes from a line of Jedi. But they tend toward the older more experienced Jedi....who have a better grasp of themselves and their emotions."

"I see....your ladies no longer want a rake, they want a husband?"

[Zanebry Varliss]

"And those are doubly dangerous, when you are a jedi who at times plays somebody else." Zane said with a hint of a smile. "That makes sense...
and you have my apologies Yslane. I realize now I may have been making things difficult for you."

"I don't know if it's marriage they want exactly. Perhaps it's more they wish to see me happy? Though the part about them no longer wanting a take is likely true."

[Yslane Tssilla]

Yslane blushes, "I wouldn't call it making things hard. How can one learn emotional control if those emotions are stirred up every now and then."

"And do you want to be happy?"

[Zanebry Varliss]

"You're beautiful when you blush you know." His tone carried a fate note of teasing, that disappeared as he continued. "I suppose it's my hope then that I've made at least an acceptable partner for practice."

"For the longest time? No. I know myself well Yslane, the things I've done, the things I'd do again. I suppose I've figured happiness like redemption wasn't something I deserved."

[Yslane Tssilla]

"I'll have to get back with you on that..." Yslane chuckled, "First impressions were favorable."

"The first step to redeeming yourself is to accept you can be....are worth being...redeemed. Its largely a personal journey, but a little help from others can never hurt." She runs her hand through her hair, "And clearly others besides myself think its worth trying. I'll likely disappear from this world after the talks, back to saving the Galaxy....but not everyone leaves. I'm sure those that remain will support you how they can."

[Zanebry Varliss]

"A gentleman tries to make a good first impression." He replied with a soft chuckle. "Perhaps you'll have a final opinion after the next time we dance."

He took a drink nodding thoughtfully as she spoke. "That would be nice, but it assumes I'll be staying myself when all this comes to an end. I'll have been rather loud by the time all this is over Yslane, pissed some people off, and made a few enemies as well, and if Matthias find out I'm involved. He won't be happy to say the least. I think I'll have to leave myself, disappear at least for a while. That's probably safest for everyone."

[Yslane Tssilla]

"Where will you go then?" Yslane frowned, "Back into the Republic?"

[Zanebry Varliss]

"Perhaps, It might be nice to visit the Core worlds again. See home maybe." He sighed. "I'll probably have to retire this old hat of mine though, a change of name might be in order as well."

"I have a few friends that could maybe help with that."

[Yslane Tssilla]

"And at least one in the Jedi Order." She adds softly. "Perhaps we will meet again off world.... the Galaxy is surprisingly small."

[Zanebry Varliss]

He watched her for a moment and smiled slightly. "That it is, you turn around a corner on some small world, and you find yourself running into a familiar face."

"But you know Yslane, you can always call. If you need my aide sometime in the future, or maybe just want to talk, I'll be there."

[Yslane Tssilla]

"Hoping to sweep in and save me?" She raised a brow, "While I am saving the Galaxy?"

"Hopefully SIS won't start reading my mail after all this...might make talking to you harder."

[Zanebry Varliss]

"Maybe." He replied with a smirk. "I seem to have a bit of a soft spot for a dame in danger. But we hard boiled detective types are like that after all."

"They might, but mail is not the only way to get a hold of someone Yslane, I'm sure we will manage."

[Yslane Tssilla]

"Oh... I suppose that whole Noir narrative has changed... I am not the poor maiden after all. And not really a manipulator either."

Yslane smiles, "I suppose so.... But we'll probably have to be cautious."

"We should probably return to the problems at hand."

[Zanebry Varliss]

"The femme fatale then?" He asked with a raised eyebrow. "You are right though caution will be required."

Taking a sip of his drink he nodded.

"True, anything else you're wanting to know?"

[Yslane Tssilla]

"Any idea on security?" She rubs her chin, "I mean can we infer anything from the size of the station, even if we do not know the layout?"

[Zanebry Varliss]

"Probably a little, at the very least it's going to be more heavily guarded then usual. At least from how everything looks. We'll need a heavy hitter to help us if I can't get Eight." He glanced towards her waist. "How good are you with that green sword of yours?"

[Yslane Tssilla]

"Well enough," She shrugs, "I am trained in Form V: Shien."

Yslane blinks, "Sorry...that means nothing to you. Umm I fight dirty."

[Zanebry Varliss]

He smirked. "That's called normal out here on Nar Shaddaa." Still he nodded. "That makes two of us that can fight... Do you know if Baesal Zyn is good with her saber? Or maybe a doctor that knows their way around a gun?" For some reason he couldn't imagine Ashla being very good at fighting.

[Yslane Tssilla]

"I haven't seen Baesal fight, but most Jedi are at least trained in the art of Lightsaber combat and she does have two lightsabers." Yslane adds, "Honestly....I'm not sure on that front."

[Zanebry Varliss]

He almost pointed out that Baesal at least started her life as a sith, but decided against it. "Okay, I'll try to set up a meeting with her, Arali and a few others tomorrow afternoon. Better to try to talk this through only once."

"I'll chat with Senator Morindel as well, She seems to be the type to poke her nose into trouble. So could be she knows a bit about all this."
