We played Ball together (D10, LE, Terror Star bay)

[Vec Gunnar]

"Hey Rem, Vec, really glad you guys made it!" He grabbed some mugs and poured out blood wine for them. "You'll remember this from Yavin IV Rem. Vec, this is the Massassi's favourite: blood wine. The Queen of the Massassi gave me a batch to bring with me so it seemed like a good time to crack in to it."

Vec looked faintly surprised at the explanation of the blood wine. "Huh, premium booze then. Can't say I've been to an event where they break out the good stuff without requiring a dress code involved and fancy music. Thanks for sharing, cheers," he said with a raise of his mug toward Jo'ren.

He gave a nod of greeting at Remmington after taking a swing from his mug, "Hey, and thanks. I was honestly just dealing the beatdown on people and waiting for the game to start. Game was apparently over before I knew it. Don't want to say it was easy, but I was barely even warmed up."

[Remmington Thalalas]

"Swimsuits a pretty practical if you ask me. It is very awkward to swim in a spacesuit with all your gear on. Trust me on that." Remmington says playfully at first through the ends sounds kind of serious. He claps Niall on the shoulder. "Well don't hold back then Niall. I'll need a lot of good material." He says with a laugh.

Back to Jo'ren. "Oh yeah? How are the Massassi doing? They gotten used to being part of the Empire yet?"

He puts his drink up to clink with Vec's. "Heh, that was some pretty good shooting. I should probably work on learning my way around a blaster too. At the very least for my ship. It is currently lacking in a gunner."

[Aphr Ahaya]

Aphr got a smile and a wave, Niall gesturing for her to join the group. "Glad you could make it. It's too bad we couldn't all get one last game together, isn't it?"

"It's a real shame that we can't play, although it means we finished on a win at least!" Aphr took another sip of the strong drink. It wasn't as bad as she sipped more of it....

"I've never really been swimming to have a preference" she added to the conversation, trying to ignore a mental image of naked swimming Jo'ren.

[Niall Organa]

He claps Niall on the shoulder. "Well don't hold back then Niall. I'll need a lot of good material." He says with a laugh.

Niall laughed softly. "I'll see what I can do." He said, his tone dry. After a moment, he lifted his mug to the man. "You were a good Captain, Remmington. It's been quite a time. Look me up if you ever find yourself in Republic space, ah, peaceably. We'll get together for a game or something."

"It's a real shame that we can't play, although it means we finished on a win at least!" Aphr took another sip of the strong drink. It wasn't as bad as she sipped more of it....

"Of course we did." Niall said, smiling. "And that offer goes for you too, Aphr. You've been a terrific teammate. I'll miss playing with you."

[Vec Gunnar]

Vec gave Remmington a curt nod and gave him a raise of his glass. "Thanks. I'm surprised you didn't have plenty of opportunities to learn in the Empire but guess that's a thing with different upbringing. I was practically born shooting things, as far as I can remember when it comes to the blaster."

[Jo'ren Rath]

"Yeah if that Empire league ever starts up we'll give you guys a call." He winked at Niall.

"Hey Vec you're a total Pro. I'm surprised you hadn't played before."

His eyes moved to Aphr. "You ready for a refill yet?"

[Vec Gunnar]

"Eh, Huttball had a strange ring to it," he said with a shrug, brushing off his reservations on anything Hutt related. "If I had known it was more about winning and less about dealing with Hutts, I'd join up a long time ago. Suppose they'll call it Sithball on our side?"

[Jo'ren Rath]

"Heh, now that's a name I can get behind! I think in Sithball you should be able to kick the damn thing." He chuckled and drank some more.

[Shaisha Vreysk]

"Sithball also sounds like something that would allow for lightsabers too," Shaisha added with a laugh. "Though I imagine that would increase the death rate considerably."

[Galen Sol]

"It'd be something to play an all out game." Galen chimed in as he drained his cup. "No holding back. Kind of like how the Jedi did it."

[Vec Gunnar]

"Heh, maybe a different name then. Can't really get the pleasure of putting the hurt on people when they're all dead."

[Aphr Ahaya]

"It's a real shame that we can't play, although it means we finished on a win at least!" Aphr took another sip of the strong drink. It wasn't as bad as she sipped more of it....

"Of course we did." Niall said, smiling. "And that offer goes for you too, Aphr. You've been a terrific teammate. I'll miss playing with you."

"I'll let you know" Aphr said with a smile and a nod "I'll miss playing with all of you. It's been one of the highlights of my last ten days."

His eyes moved to Aphr. "You ready for a refill yet?"

"I feel like I'm going to regret this" Aphr said with a nervous chuckle as she held her cup out for a refill "this is really strong, and I'm...really not a drinker."

She added teasingly with a grin "you better invite me for sithball if you start it up! Or whatever name you decide on. Otherwise I'll form my own team"

[Remmington Thalalas]

"No worries Niall. I got you on my Galactic Network ID list so I can give you a call on the holo whenever. Course feel free to give me a shout too. If you ever find yourself in Imperial space come to my home world for a visit and I'll show you around." Remmington offers.

He looks over to Vec. "Well it's not that I didn't have the chance. More that my focus was on lightsabers and learning to choke a man without my hands. Still haven't gotten the hang of that one yet."

He nods at Jo'ren's suggestion. "Sithball sounds like my kind of game. Though maybe use training sabres. Give the opponents a sting that they can remember us by. Plus we don't want to have the same problem that the Hutts had with running out of players to play the game."
