Nar Shaddaa

Sylvain waited near the entrance to the spaceport quietly awaiting his partner. He had sent a message to Kris following his meeting with Anhel, telling her they needed to talk. He also had a bit of investigative work to do, and Kris could turn out to be quite helpful potentially.

There was no reason for her to refuse, showing up in a standard affair to the eye but with those hidden protective plates underneath she appeared a rather average Imperial citizen if not for the lightsaber at her hip. Never letting her apprehension show as she approached him.

"Sylvain," she said coolly as she stepped closer. "I did not expect your message so late."

He removed his mask as he saw her approach and a smile emerge from behind the obstruction as it fel to his waist.

"Kristal." He nodded slightly and paused for a moment. "Even I have a bit of patience sometimes. I was waiting until called, or until I had something to report."

OOC: Flips a Destiny for the future, easy to see for me it is.

"I had not called you," she said, setting it up like it was a moment for a proper analytical approach. "So then you must have something to report?" Or he just got tired of waiting, that was possible too but... she drowned the thought out with the moment. Keeping her composure that of the in tact, perfectly together, Kristal Serasai.

Her apprehension was fairly obvious to her a long time friend. It was fairly evident in the way that she spoke that there was considerable distance between them. A distance he had not sensed early on in their call but had grown over time. He pondered on this to himself as he motioned his head down the road. "I have a bit of need of muscle perhaps for acquiring the last bit of data left me by my father's agent. We'll walk and discuss my meeting with Anhel."

He began walking, "I trust the explosion this morning didn't permanently damage you. You looked somewhat ruffled at the intelligence meeting earlier, but it didn't appear to have set you back significantly."

Sylvain seemed off almost immediately to her. Taking into step beside him, to his right, she felt the distance.

"Captain Hard was wounded in the blast, protecting Weaver, but I merely sustained a few fleshwounds. Droids at the compound easily saw to my injuries."

He turned to look at her, "How is he?"

The group who hear a smashing and an electronic voice that says, “I am tired of your stalling Jawa, I sent you to do a job and I want what is mine. I have no qualms with killing you so no I will not buy a hydro-spoon just give me the data.”

A Jawa’s voice squeals in their laguage, “Of course, of course… yes, yes.”

They cannot see who is talking but they can hear it.

Sylvain heard too many keywords in that sentence to ignore it and casually walked around the corner to see what was happening.

He turns the corner around a Jawa tent and finds an armored woman he presumes she turns to look at Sylvain and says, “Torsin.”

“This does not concern you, Imperial. Best be on your way.”

The Jawa hands her a data chit and then says in Jawa, “More customers… can I interest you in a hydro-spoon?”

"You seem to have piqued my curiosity nevertheless stranger. It just so happens I was coming here looking for a bit of data as well... and you seem to know who I am... Perhaps you would be so kind as to let me know who you are?" He asked with a slight nod of his head.

"I am inclined to just shoot you," she says in reply, her voice modulated by the helmet, raising her disruptor rifle.

"That won't be necessary." He shook his head. "You may lower your weapon now. I personally don't think squaring off with two Sith in close range is a battle you'd wish to undertake at the moment."

“I only see one of you, and I bet I can put at least two shots between your eyes at this distance, Sith,” the soldier replies.

“Test me.”

Sylvain furrowed his brow and spoke with the power of the force, "You don't want to fight us."

OOC: If successful I wish to instill fear in the mind of the woman to prevent her from getting violent.

Having mentioned there were two she allows herself a moment to look around and spies Kristal and falters and then trains her weapon back on Sylvain discharging a bolt right at his feet.

The voice commands, “Don’t do that again, Torsin.”

OOC: Fails but she sees Kristal, for Triumph she will not harm them, yet.

"Unless you have a name to give, I think your business here is concluded is it not?" He asked, not pleased by the shot at his feet.

“Keep talking Torsin, I have no reason not to shoot you and everything to gain from your death. In fact I just might do it,” she glances to Kristal and then back to Torsin.

“But not in front of her.”

He smiled, "I'm sorry to have upset you. Perhaps one day we'll have a chance to discuss whatever grievances you might have with me and see if we can't come to some type of an agreement."

His mind shifted to a very real possibility as he chuckled at the workings of the force if that were true. "And if by chance that chip is really the one I am after... Then I think Kris and I may be looking for you sooner rather than later. You seem to be quite the interesting woman indeed. Mysterious and strong. Not unlike someone I admire and respect more than anyone else in my life." He slightly tilted his head in Kris' direction, "I suppose I'll have to look into you if I make it out of this alive."

Another discharge at his feet ad she adds, "It slipped."

He chuckled once and nodded, "Same dry humor as well..."

He turned to Kris to see if she had anything to add and moved out of the way to allow exit if the woman so desired.

Having rounded the corner to Sylvain's side she just looked between all of those present, not quite sure how a situation could develop in such a manner before she even turned about. Yet, here she was, trying to make sense of the moment at hand but ready to defend if need be. That intent was clear enough. Though it didn't seem she was going to need to add any words to the occasion, or so she thought.

The woman is tense and says, “What are you doing here… Serasai. Especially with him after…”

She lowers her rifle only slightly, “I didn’t realize you were coming to Nar Shadda.”

Kristal raised a brow, her curiosity earnestly perked. "After what?" she asked, Kristal's accent clear in the second word.

"It appears," she says, straightening out her thoughts and self, "that you are more than simply aware of me," she says stating her assessment.
