Nar Shaddaa

After their pow wow aboard the Tortoise, Durasay figured the best place to begin tracking Yasu Bindo was with the Duga Hal. Gathering his things, he left his ship, hoping Nudimsu would come with him. Investigating things alone was starting to get dangerous.

"Best place to start. Shaking down sapients from the ship, asking about any Rodians who may have seemed nervous, or on edge." He mused to his compatriot as they moved through the spaceport.

"Let's get shaking."

Falling not too far behind came the Chiss, more prepared than before for what he needed to do in the coming storm. He had put on once again his heavy clothes and moved into the streets, keeping a sharp eye on things as he passed them by.

He glanced over at Durasay, acknowledging his presence. He would yet again let him do the talking; better to let the man do his work. He would just stay close in case he was required.

The ship is in dock and still undergoing repairs. There are a few people observing the repairs in the large hangar dock area. One that stands out is a Hutt having a conversation with an older human woman.

Durasay kept his hands in his pockets as the pair approached the Hutt and the woman speaking. Flashing a winning smile, he slowly sauntered up, before looking at them both, speaking in eloquent, if heavily accented Huttese.

"Good Afternoon. I was wondering if either of you could help me. I'm looking for someone who was on the Duga Hal when it arrived earlier this week, after the pirate attack..."

The human woman scowls and says, "I was on the Duga Hal, name's Reina. What did you want?"

The Hutt slithers aside and says in Huttese, "We are not done here, Reina." He then turns and slithers away with a few... thuggish compatriots following.

Durasay watched as the Hutt slithered off, noting the thuggish guards. His hand twitched, wanting to reach for his blaster. He hated seeing this kind of situation. Staying his hand, he tried to keep his face neutral, with the self-assuming, genuine smile still on his face.

"Problems with the locals?" He raised an eyebrow, turning his attention back to Reina. "We could probably help you with that, if you'd like. We're just looking for some information. A Rodian woman was a passenger. Probably nervous looking, scared, jumpy. You wouldn't happen to know her, would you? Regardless if you do or not, I'd still offer assistance with your problem here." The Pantoran looked confident as he spoke, folding his arms across his chest.

Reina says, “It’s all bantha poodo, nothing I can’t handle. You were looking for a rodian woman, must be Yasu. She made herself pretty scarce once we hit port side. Not too suspicious most folks come to Nar Shaddaa to disappear. What are you, bounty hunters?”

"The opposite, actually. We're concerned for her safety. We know someone is after her. We'd like to help her out." His voice was smooth, genuine, as he spoke with the woman.

"I don't think Nar Shaddaa will be safe for her much longer, and I would love to put a thorn in the side of the one's after her." His smile softened, as he relaxed.

"And should your situation change that you need help, please feel free to reach out to the crew of the Tortoise."

She looks at you like you are a crazy person but softens and says, “Look it’s not my skin she is probably at a local bad teeming with Rodians, if you’re here to help then I say hurry on over.”

"A local bar, teeming with Rodians." He repeated back, if only to ingrain it into his memory. "Perfect. Thank you for your help." Giving a small nod, he turned away from the woman, looking at his compatriot.

"Nudimsu. We are going."

He nods and moves up closer to the two, nodding in thanks to the woman. "Rodian bar. Sounds...delightful"
