"It is. It's a dangerous situation overall." Galen sighed. "I don't have an interest in Aris or whatever he was involved in, beyond staying free of it. I hope it gets destroyed though."

[Evangeline Ulter]

"That was my hope too." Evangeline let out a long groan. "But then they started asking more and more. They wanted me to sell out Kidaja the Hutt but I refused. Guess that's why they saw me as a liability."

She looked to the flask, then the medkit, and then tossed it back to Zanebry. "Fuck, what's going on with my head? Anyways, that's another reason why I need to get out of the damn systme."

[Jo'ren Rath]

"Who exactly did you sell him out to Evangeline?" Czerka didn't make sense, and the Crimson Shadow wouldn't be interested in a Hutts business dealings.

[Galen Sol]

"So, are they trying to stop the weapon from being used or to use it themselves?" he asked.

[Evangeline Ulter]

She shook her head. "Crescent Shadow. They told me it was because they wanted to stop it from being used on Shadow Town."

[Jo'ren Rath]

"Right, then they came after you for not selling out the Hutt." Seemed like the response of fanatics.

"Do you know who Aris was planning to sell it to?"

[Zanebry Varliss]

Well it wasn't the name he was fearing came out, which was a bit of a relief. Accepting the offered flask of whiskey he took a drink before passing it back.

"Both sides if I recall Jo'ren. The Empire and the Republic. Could be he was planning to test it in shadow town. Show it off a bit?"

[Jo'ren Rath]

"Yeah, it's the names I'm interested in, but maybe he kept that to himself." He tapped his chin with a big red finger. The low friction coating meant that the vast majority of the blood and dust had failed to stick to him.

[Evangeline Ulter]

"You would have to ask Aris and he's, well, kriffin' dead." Evangeline prodded her ribs against as a check. She squirmed a bit and then let out a sigh. "I wouldn't put it past him testing it out on Shadow Town. But I really just don't know."

[Jo'ren Rath]

Jo'ren just nodded at that. "Alright then. The three of just went severely out of our way to keep you alive Evangeline. Where do we go from here? Do you want that trip to Makeb? Have you got any thoughts on cementing our new friendship?"

He gave her a smile and moved over to Zane. "Think I'll take a hit of that whisky if it's all the same to you?"

[Zanebry Varliss]

Seeing the ladies continued discomfort he sat up in the bed, reaching into the medkit to pull out some pain killers. Tapping two into his hand, he passed them towards Evangeline.

"I don't generally suggest mixing these with whiskey, but sometimes you do what needs to be done." He paused. "I always thought chewing them made em work faster too."

With a shrug he passed the whiskey towards Jo'ren. "I think im going to start carrying more flaakd at this rate."

[Galen Sol]

"They may not have wanted it used in Shadow Town, but this is a big moon. Given their agenda, using it Uptown might not be unthinkable to them." Galen frowned, moving to her side. "Do you need me to rewrap your ribs? How can I make you comfortable?"

[Evangeline Ulter]

The woman took the tablets and ingested them with haste. "I don't think anymore can be done about the wounds anymore. Comfort, well, I can think of many things..."

She let out a soft sigh. "Makeb sounds great but I'm thinking of going somewhere quiet like Dantooine. I can compensate you in many different ways, I think.."

[Zanebry Varliss]

"Comfort?" He raised as eyebrow as he lay back down. "Anything particular you had in mind?" He let his hand drift to her thigh as a mischeivous smirk crossed his lips."

[Jo'ren Rath]

"Yo, Z-man. We're in the room." He winked at the man in the hat and focused on Evangeline.

"Dantooine huh? Fair enough, never been. What did you have in mind for compensation?"

[Galen Sol]

"We can help with comfort." Galen nodded. "Restore your vigor. Make the pain forgettable."

[Zanebry Varliss]

"You're free to turn around." He replied easily, leaning in more as his hand started to explore. "Though I've never been shy around a audience." He murmured as he softly kissed Evangeline's jawline.

[Jo'ren Rath]

The Sith's expression changed. "Cut that out or I'll rip out your spine. You can fuck each other all the way to Dantooine for all I care, but we're having a conversation and that's fucking rude."

The air in the room began to cool.

[Evangeline Ulter]

Evangeline blinked and looked at the pureblood Sith. "Woah there, fuck. Calm down." She ran a hand through her hair and swallowed. "Okay, um, where... were we?"

[Zanebry Varliss]

"Compensation." Z replied with a sigh. Rolling his eyes a bit. Some men just couldn't read a mood.

[Galen Sol]

"Let's figure out where we stand, in regards to your plans." Galen said. "How we may help you and how you will help us. Then, we can return to more pleasant ideas."

[Jo'ren Rath]

The temperature began to return to normal and the sith made a motion with his hand, indicating they could move on.

Humans... Can't live with 'em, probably can't kill 'em all...

[Evangeline Ulter]

"And here I was thinking I was pretty enough to be part of 'compensation.' Guess the bruises aren't doing me any favors." She looked over to her safe and then back to them. "I'm in a bit of a tight spot. How much is my life 'worth' in hindsight? Ha! But, really, I need some of my assets for myself."

She looked to the ceiling. "It was mentioned earlier: I shouldn't get off planet with you guys and I can handle that part. Really, it seems, I need to do two things: settle debts with you three and then fake my death in a way that those fuckin' terrorists don't come after me again."

"Well I'm not interested in bankrupting you Evangeline. Someone with your skills might be useful to know in the future, right?". He looked at the safe and back.

"I'm interested in rare kyber crystals, a new hyperdrive, and sith artifacts. Got anything in your assets fitting any of that? Or are you a cash only kinda gal?"

"Is this yours?" Zane asked indicating the room they were in.
