D2, LA - It's a Shopping Get Together

[Remmington Thalalas]

"The other one I saw on your resume. The one that probably shouldn't be spoken about openly in public." Remmington clarifies.

In the meantime he picks up 4 post cards. One has a picture of the Hutt Ball Arena, another is Club Vertica, an enticing (and probably absurdly expensive) dining scene in the Aurum Ranchor, and finally one with the skyline of the rich Upper Level living quarters area. He hands a few credits over to the cashier for the purchase.

Arsele waits in the doorway, leaning against the wall near it as she contemplates some things. After Remmy pays she opens the door for him, "I take it you mean working at the gentlemen's club; I don't see why I wouldn't talk about that."

[Remmington Thalalas]

Remmington shrugs. "Some people are just more sensitive about it lady Arsele."

He thanks her for the door. "So where do you want to go now. I got everything I wanted. Though please continue your story if you don't mind then."

[Arsele Girard]

"There's a clothier down the street I'd like to visit."

Arsele pointed the direction and started walking, "And yes, I work there for the credits; The pay is kind of subpar, but I am smoking hot so I get really good tips sometimes. It can be a nice inflow of credits."

[Remmington Thalalas]

"As you wish lady Arsele." Remmington flourishes a bow and escorts the maiden down the street.

He smiles at her self assessment. "No argument there. Though I am curious at seeing you in action for myself sometime." He chuckles.

[Arsele Girard]

She smirks softly, "As long as you have the credits you could do just that, Mister Remmington..."

When they get to the clothes shop Arsele immediately heads to the dresses.

[Remmington Thalalas]

Remmington smirks back. "I will keep that in mind. Though how many credits we talking about lady Arsele? I am certainly interested." He flashes a roguish grin.

"Just Remmington/Remmy/Rem is fine for me." He follows her into the dress shop. "Anything catch your eye?"

[Arsele Girard]

"You said that before you know. That just makes me want to tease you by calling you 'Mister' more. As to the dresses... I was looking for something in lavender or orchid, a lightish purple."

[Remmington Thalalas]

Remmington smirks back. "You do like to tease don't you?"

He looks around and spots a couple. He takes a look at some before putting them back. Finally he chooses 1 in each colour and holds them for Arsele. "How about these? I think the change room is over there if you want to try them on."

[Arsele Girard]

"Hmmm... good eye."

She checks the sizes before immediately discounting one of them, "Well, I can certainly try this one on. But see if you can find anything else in this size that would fit."

[Remmington Thalalas]

Remmington smiles. "Thanks. I hope it looks as good on you as I think it will." He gives her a wink and then puts the rejected dress away.

He looks around some more while she is changing and picks out 5 more dresses in a variety of colours. Two of which are in the colours she mentioned earlier.

[Arsele Girard]

Arsele emerged from the dressing room in the first dress, "Not bad I suppose... but what do you think, hm?"

[Remmington Thalalas]

Remmington looks at it for a moment. Crossing his arms as he formulates an honest opinion. "Hmm... it looks nice but there is not enough 'Wow!' factor if you are trying to turn heads."

[Arsele Girard]

"Yeah... it's a bit... frumpy perhaps. Doesn't really accentuate anything. Here, I'll try one of the others you found."

She holds out her hand.

[Remmington Thalalas]

Remmington hands her the dresses. "Hopefully we can find something just right for you." He says with a smile.

[Arsele Girard]

"Just right, hm? I wonder if we would even agree on that... be right back."

Stepping into the dressing room she closes the curtain behind her; Remmington can still see her feet as Arsele changes, though it's hard to tell what is happening with just feet.

After a minute, she steps out in a different one, "Well? Thoughts?"

[Remmington Thalalas]

Remmington nods. "Much better. It certainly has more impact. Though I think it may not be quite bringing out your best yet. Still we should probably keep that one in mind."

He smiles. "Well I suppose now is as good as any to find out if we agree."

[Arsele Girard]

A chuckle, "Better in some ways, worse in others I think; Definitely cute, but also kind of old fashioned in an unfortunate sort of way. Like I'm wearing a tea cozy."

[Remmington Thalalas]

Remmington chuckles as well. "A tea cozy. I guess I can see that. Sorry, I'm not all that familiar with Republic fashion. Though the little bits I have seen... are weird. Really really weird. Like something someone came up with after sniffing too much spice."

[Arsele Girard]

"This isn't the Republic, Remmington; Nar Shaddaa fashions are a bit more... pleasant. Hm... next one then."

This changing takes a bit less time, Arsele stepping out again and turning in a 360; She said nothing though, just looking at the Sith man.

Remmington shows his approval with a whistle. "Now that is more like it lady Arsele. You will certainly be talk of the town in that."

[Arsele Girard]

"I don't know about it being ~that~ spectacular. But it will certainly work, especially for what I have in mind for it..."

[Remmington Thalalas]

Remmington raises an eyebrow. "Oh? May I ask what that may be?"

[Arsele Girard]

"I suppose~" she said, pausing a moment as she went back into the changing room. Arsele spoke through the curtain as she got redressed, "I actually have a blind date of sorts with a lavender skinned Twi'lek woman tomorrow. Or so I've been told."

[Remmington Thalalas]

"A date with a Twi'lek woman? Sounds interesting. How did that come about if you don't mind my asking?" Remmington converses on the other side of the curtain.
