Asra makes her way down the street, dressed the same as she had been last night. She hadn't exactly had a chance to change properly or get into a refresher yet, and it was really getting to her. It had given her a lot of food for thought, the previous night. Still, she hummed softly to herself as she walked. The streets were busy already, but not quite as bad as the night, at least, and she watched the area around her as she went.

A whistle came from one of the allies. "Hey there, friend. I thought we should have a talk." He gave her a wink. "It's important."

She looked over toward the alley. Wow, was that a recipe for disaster. "It's probably important enough to contact me, then," she said, visually searching him, the alley behind him, and the entirety of her surroundings. "Because you're kind of giving a bad vibe here, talking to me from an alley."

"Don't worry, not trying to kill you. Just thought we should have a private chat."

There were only some onlookers, though they seemed more interested in watching Luth for sudden moves instead of actively attacking her.

"You should be used to alleyways by now, Asra."

She takes a deep breath in and out through her nose, and, still intensely cautious of any sudden moves, heads over to the alley. "All right... So who are you, how do you know who I am, and what do you want?" She asks once she enters, still keeping an eye around her.

[Nekoinu]

The information broker took out a small listening device and smirked. "Jal Nav'loso, pleasure to meet you. This little guy is the how, and what I want to discuss is the contents of the conversation."

Asra mouthed a curse, shaking her head and once again kicking herself for her inability to find bugs. "Faaaantastic. Which one is it?"

[Nekoinu]

"You were talking to an old guy. We don't have to go over names if you don't want to."

[Luth Khalan]

"Kay. Yup. I know which one," she nods, pressing her lips together. "So... What now?" She assumed blackmail, but you never knew.

[Nekoinu]

"I like to be in the know. You've given me a lot but let's just say I'm here for 'character analysis.'" He paused and smirked. "I don't need to get to know Asra. I want to get to know whoever you really are." He held up his hands. "You don't need to give me your name, just want to have a better profile on you.

"And by the way, this is blackmail. Just lemme know what I want and I don't leak your secrets."

She studies him for a few seconds and then shrugs. "Well, you have enough information to get me super dead, and I guess there are worse things as far as it goes. Ask me what you want to know."

[Nekoinu]

The Devaronian nodded. "Why don't you start things off by telling me how you'd describe yourself. Again, the real you."

[Luth Khalan]

She let out a long breath between her lips, considering the question. "I'd go for the joke of just saying 'short and ginger,' but I know what you actually mean," she says with a half smile. "I... uh... have to think back a bit to be able to describe it. You're seeing some of it. I'm pretty relaxed for the most part, I like to joke around. I'm hard working... probably as a matter of habit. I was born a slave, so a lot of baggage comes with that. You can work hard and focus like hell, but there's also problems with seeing oneself as a person, or at least a person worth anything, that sort of thing. Pretty confident when I feel like I know what I'm talking about, though. You could probably hear that much in what you have." She shrugs. "I'm a smoker. I prefer women, but I'm pretty awkward with approaches. Not as awkward as I play up for Asra, though."

"Oh, and I'm a decent shot."

[Nekoinu]

"Huh. And here I thought you were going to make this difficult." Jal smirked and nodded. "Good to know you can be reasonable." The last bit clicked to him and he peered at her. "You're a sniper, aren't you? You work under Darth Baras."

"Aforementioned info leading to super deadness coming into play here," she replied, voice deadpan. "I've sort of gotten used to the whole living thing. And yeah, why?"

[Nekoinu]

"Right. Guess that's how you've managed to survive for so long, huh?"

Jal smirked at her. "Slugthrower?" was all he asked.

She raised an eyebrow. "Pretty standard, wouldn't you say?"

[Nekoinu]

"You're right, they are. I'm just connecting some dots right now cause I'm pretty sure you shot someone on this moon recently."

[Luth Khalan]

She gave a long sigh. "Me and not one of the many, many bounty hunters on this moon who are good with long range weapons?"

[Nekoinu]

"That would make sense if it weren't for the ties to a certain organization, ma'am. And I'm mainly curious because someone else asked me about that assassination.'

[Luth Khalan]

"That certainly narrows down the 'who asked' candidates, but it would be nice to know who I'm answering."

[Nekoinu]

Jal smirked. "Well, what're you offering in exchange for that information?"

[Luth Khalan]

She considered the question, then shrugged. "It's not important enough to me to go through a major negotiation for it. Is there anything else you wanted?"

[Nekoinu]

"How are you ever going to get what you want if you never push for it? Come on miss, you're on Nar Shaddaa." He smiled warmly at her. "If I think it's unreasonable, then I won't tell you."

She laughs a little. "It takes some bite out of the situation when you're also trying to be my life coach, here," she says, shaking her head. "I think I might have a pretty good guess, though. I can confirm the assailant if you confirm who's asking? Since it's both bits of information we might have a pretty good idea about anyway."
