"I don't understand that vow." He shook his head. "Seems unnatural."

[Zanebry Varliss]

"I agree..." He frowned softly. "Though I've been trying to respect it."

"I shouldn't be trying to get someone to break one."

[Galen Sol]

"I wonder if that's a mandatory vow." he mused. "There seems to be some variation in some of their views."

[Zanebry Varliss]

"I've never asked the reason." He replied with a chuckle. "It likely has something to do with their code though."

"No emotions, no attachments..."

[Galen Sol]

"Right." he nodded. "But, there are variations of that code. Maybe It's not a vow everyone takes."

[Zanebry Varliss]

"Maybe not... Honestly I'd need to ask, and that just seems awkward."

He chuckled. "It might be for the best though."

[Galen Sol]

"You're probably right." he nodded. "I'm sure you'll figure things out."

"Hopefully, I'll do the same. I'll let you know what I can of my travel plans, once I have a better idea."

[Zanebry Varliss]

"It might be a few days after I leave before I'm in touch. I've got some comms to change out among other things." He smirked. "I'll still have your information though, and I won't forget it."

"Should we meet up tomorrow?" he asked. "Assuming we make it through the night?"

[Zanebry Varliss]

"We can... If you like. Depending on how things go, I might be pretty busy though." There might be visits he had to make after all. As much as he didn't want to mention them.

"Alright." he stood up, finished with his noodles. "Let me know. I'll buy you a drink."

[Zanebry Varliss]

"I will." He offered the other man a tip of his hat. "Be safe tonight Galen."

[Galen Sol]

"I'll do my best." he nodded. "Just make sure you come back."

[Zanebry Varliss]

"I'll d my best." Was his simple answer, as he smirked. That's all he could ever do.

"I never expect anything less." he shrugged. "I'll talk to you later Z."

Galen gave a wave and walked off.
