Durasay knew that the Hutts could care less about the security of refugees and those living in the lower levels. He felt for these beings.
Taking it upon himself, he went to work, finding those interested in keeping their neighborhoods safe.
It took the majority of the afternoon, but it seemed they would be a good fit.
