There are winners on Nar Shaddaa and then there are losers. The losers tend to live in the lower levels and eke out a living doing menial work or crime. Shadow Town is a catch-all phrase for the various ghettos and slums, often segregated by species or gang affiliation that sprawl all over the lower levels. Crime is high and Hutt security rarely gets involved with matters in this region, personal security is a must. This area is dirty, crowded, and lawless.
