[Yslane Tssilla]

Yslane laughed, "Fair enough." Her eyes wandered the room. "Though you'd be surprised how many people find the naive foreign girl intriguing."

[Sylvain Torsin]

"And many such individuals are not worthy of your time." He said with a charming smile.

[Yslane Tssilla]

"Come now...everyone is worthy of a Jedi's time." She smiled back, "To at least hear them out." Yslane laughed, "But yes, most of the passes are quite tiresome. A few interesting."

[Sylvain Torsin]

He smiled, "Perhaps in a different time and place I would have tested your patience to see if I was one of the interesting ones or not."

[Yslane Tssilla]

"It would take an exceptionally interesting individual," She smirked at that, "I take my vows seriously."

[Sylvain Torsin]

He chuckled, "As do I with those I have committed to."

[Yslane Tssilla]

Yslane nodded, "It might be a bit of small talk but....how have you found this city? I'm curious to hear another's perspective on the Hutt's domain."

[Sylvain Torsin]

"Perhaps you would be so kind to offer your opinion first?" He said with a chuckle.

[Yslane Tssilla]

"It reminds me of Courscant....well the most dangerous parts of it," She frowns, then smiles, "But the city everywhere one looks down to the core....that's familiar in a strangely comforting way."

[Sylvain Torsin]

He nodded, "It's far too disorganized for my liking. Allowing for entertainment and enjoyment is one thing.... but this is too much."

[Yslane Tssilla]

"There are always those who pursue pleasure above all else." She nods, "Nar Shadda seems to cater to such people."

[Sylvain Torsin]

Sylvain tilted his head, "And creates those dependencies when people would resist it... Such waste of human capital is difficult to conceptualize. There are no more leech-like scoundrels than those who call this place home."

[Yslane Tssilla]

"A lot of people are used up in all of this." She actually smiles, "But perhaps more amazingly is that some manage to make a life for themselves despite that."

[Sylvain Torsin]

"The outliers aside... this place needs some serious reworking in the future. Statistically there is no justification for this kind of mass-scale waste." He replied.

[Yslane Tssilla]

"I...wish I could disagree but..." She sighs, "Though I imagine our solutions differ."

[Sylvain Torsin]

He nodded, "At least we can both identify the same problem. That's a start at least."

[Yslane Tssilla]

"Anyone not caught in Nar Shadda's snares....either amid the haze of their pleasures or else too dependent on the system for their lives...can identify this problem," She adds with a small laugh, "I know I brought it up....but now that I think on it, insulting our hosts in their own home may not be the best use of our time." Yslane glances toward the bustling waiters.

[Sylvain Torsin]

"Perhaps, though getting along too nicely with them is sure to raise some eyebrows... 'slugbrows' as well." He chuckled.

[Yslane Tssilla]

She laughed, "Well the Hutts don't really strike a group that loses sleep over other's negative opinions."

[Sylvain Torsin]

He chuckled, "But they are the paranoid type... probably rightfully so."

[Yslane Tssilla]

"You know....most would say that about the Sith as well." Yslane adds with a teasing smile, "But in the case of the Hutts....the bulk of their underlings are probably purely motivated by profit, with fear supplementing that tenuous loyalty. I'd imagine individuals in their service who are both competent and utterly loyal beyond profit are a premium."

[Sylvain Torsin]

He chuckled, "You do have a point there."

He leaned down and looked around suspiciously, "Who told you we were paranoid, was it one of my rivals?"

He then straightened his back and smiled, "Loyalty on any side is a difficult thing to maintain... but it has its uses."

[Yslane Tssilla]

"True, but I would prefer to know my comrades will not turn on me because the other side has a larger bank account." She replies, "I would say a study of Sith history can lead one to that conclusion....but instead I will say yes, your most hated one told me that and that he is planning some against you to happen someday in the future etc...etc...." She chuckled.

[Sylvain Torsin]

He puts his hand over his heart, "Oh good. I was worried it was something I wouldn't expect."

He smiles again, "I've enjoyed our little discussion tonight Lady Tssilla. I'll be in contact with you again tomorrow if my men find anything. I know it may be a long shot of you ever trusting me, but if you ever have questions don't hesitate to ask. I occasionally have insights that would be useful to you."

[Yslane Tssilla]

"I have as well Mr. Torsin." She smiled in turn, "Trust is against the nature of our Order's history. But perhaps that will change if peace comes."

"I believe you have been invited to the Order's luncheon tomorrow....all of those known to possess a connection to the Force were....I will be there as one of the representatives of the Republic Government. Sadly if you truly wish to maintain my own cover...our conversation will not be as lively. Not many bureaucrats have insights into Jedi philosophy." She rises from her seat.
