She raises her glass as well with a smiled, having lapsed mostly into listening.

The stew smelled like it was finished, which made sense since he was now pulling it off one burner onto another. He ladled the food into bowls and balanced them all easily as he brought them around to the table. He then went back to the oven and pulled what looked like a fresh crusty bread slicing it up on a cutting board and bringing the board to the table for the three of them. "And dinner is served," he says with a smirk. "Please enjoy."

"Thank you," she smiles, "for inviting us over and making this. It smells wonderful."

Taking a seat, she places her gloved left hand in her lap. While she was fairly ambidexterious with weapons, her left hand had always been her more dominant one. "Though I hope I don't have to travel all the way to Alderaan to have get-togethers like this."

"Well, at the end of the day, I'll still be a Sith. I'm not going to end up as a homebody," he says with a chuckle, taking a seat of his own.

"I would be glad to sponsor you at the academy Asra," he says turning the conversation back to that. "And my offer still stands for you to work with me rather than for me. You would be an apprentice in name only, though you would get the benefit of me teaching you as well. No missions or jobs from me. Us working together instead."

Well, if she was officially his apprentice, and unofficially his partner, it would be a good excuse to visit there, she mused internally as she listened. "That does seem like a good idea," she says with a nod.

"Well, you've got some time to make a decision. We don't have to say anything immediately, but hiding it can get us all in trouble. Probably after we leave from the talks, we'd want to submit you. And you can also think about what you want to do after the academy."

"It's a good offer," she muses as well. "Few apprentices get such good deals with their masters. Or get masters that are that easy on the eyes."

She sips her drink. "Don't recommend hiding the fact. Only gets ugly if you do."

He nods in agreement at hiding it. "Besides, you shouldn't hide it. You should wear it like a badge. It marks a capability and strength that you were destined to wield. What you do with it is up to you, but it is a gift."
