Aphr had questioned her being here only once while she quietly made her way to the compound. She had hoped to arrive without drawing too much attention, however while she managed to keep her arrival in a way to allow her to see what is going on, it wasn't quiet enough to escape the notice of her sister.

"She may try sadistic things, but she can be distracted." Moyr began as she moved to meet her sister. "I will oppose her on things that matter and likely concede on those that are trivial. Look at her as a trial to pass, an obstacle to overcome in due time. It will give you a distance toward her antics. Try not to contradict my story." The Red Wraith led her into the compound and was heading toward Zhorrid's quarters. "Know that she is the daughter of Darth Jadus, a powerful Sith who has recently disappeared but still has a place on the Council. He was the master of Darth Hoshi and helped ascend her rather than his own daughter. Her issues with Twi'leks may come from this. She is now trying to usurp her father's assets."

Aphr had smiled and nodded as Moyr moved to meet her, but the smile hadn't lasted long. There was lots to remember for meeting one annoying woman. "I think I'll try to avoid saying too much, to avoid the confliction. I assume I continue with the name you gave yesterday?" she said quietly, frowning more "and the council puts up with it?"

"Yes, we can play that game a little." Moyr chuckled. "Darth Council is very diverse and in a sense... democratic. It's an organisation of Darths so powerful that that it's very difficult for them to take out one another. Hence they begrudgingly accept their plurality and while plotting never ends, they do make decisions through debating and voting. It takes more than wishful thinking like Zhorrid's to get a place at that table, but no-one is blamed for trying if they can get away with it. The ambitious are punished if they fail and accepted if they succeed. The traditional Sith consider only True Sith and Humans and their crossovers to be legitimate Sith material, the Radicals recognise that all sentients may be chosen by the Force to ascend to the pinnacle of power. Quite a few fall somewhere in the middle. Darth Hoshi on the Council is a revolution in more ways than one. But this is how it works, victory changes things. While the Republic is mostly stagnant, the Empire can evolve."

Aphr nodded. There was no reason to discuss any more about that; the woman being a usurper didn't change the problem they had at hand here, even if it did highlight the issue.

"So where do we meet her? Or do we need to wait for her to appear out of nowhere again?"

"There." Moyr said as they entered the lounge area meant for the Sith Lords.

Aphr decided this wouldn't be the time for comments, so she merely nodded and entered.

The door opens to beautiful music and they can see Lord Zhorrid dancing with a long curved dagger in one hand and blood staining the floor as she twirls. Two people are bound to two seperate chairs, one is not moving and a pool of blood is at their feet. An unfortunate human male, while the other a muun female tries to free herself but to no avail with several cuts on her flesh.

Zhorrid sings alongs with the song, wearing a long guazy black gown stained crimson as she makes her way around the room. She throws the dagger at the living muun and then uses the force to guide it inches from the woman's throat.

She says to the twi'leks, "My beautiful guests... please come in."

"My lord." Moyr took a deep breath and stepped in first, taking in the scene. "If we are intruding we can come another day."

"Not at all, I was just getting bored," she says the blade still hovering in the air near the frightened woman's neck.

"Perhaps if you directed it differently the boredom would not strike you. The woman has the passion to struggle, she should be given a knife, a chance to fight back."

"So very true, she should have a knife," she says as the dagger plunges into the victim's throat.

"There now she is sufficiently armed." The muun struggles briefly with gurgles and then dies.

At least that was relatively quick. Moyr did not flinch at the gory show. She didn't need to watch this to know Zhorrid was a sadistic maniac.

"In accord with you wish I have introduced this Force-Sensitive into basics of her relationship with the Force. She has been taught the Sith Code and lectured on the nature of the Dark Side. In due time, however, she should begin her studies in the Academy."

She paused.

"I continue my search of the precognitive plant. I have visited the plantation of Givaga the Hutt on Nal Hutta who has taken a liking in growing flora providing psychoactive effects."

"The Academy is too good for a slave, I will train her personally when we leave this wretched place. Perhaps she might even replace you," Zhorrid grins.

"Slave, recite the Sith Code," she commands.

What a waste. Aphr kept her thoughts to herself as she saw the scene in front of her. Zhorrid really did fit her name, it was clearly a chosen name.

She knew she had to tolerate it for now, but she hated how the woman talked down to her. You really need to be dead

After a moment though, she spoke calmly:

"Peace is a lie. There is only Passion.
Through Passion I gain Strength.
Through Strength I gain Power.
Through Power I gain Victory.
Through Victory my chains are Broken.
The Force shall free me."

Moyr waited for Aphr to recite the Code. Upon hearing it somewhere deep inside she became proud of her sister.

"Layne Hoshin and Rumun Gol are former slaves. From what I heard, both Darth Baras and Darth Hoshi are satisfied with the performance of those apprentices in helping them rise to power. You might consider having greater faith in the educating influence of Korriban. While I understand your taste for bloody aesthetics and making a personal imprint, my lord, it is pragmatism that can make you a Darth."

"You will never break any chains, slaves," she says to Aphr.

"I did not ask for your opinion, apprentice. But since you seem intent on spreading wisdom and educating me tell me why I don't have the plant you were sent to find?" she says with annoyance

"I feel like you don't have the proper motivation."

Aphr frowned a little, but held back from saying anything. Just kept herself quiet and in the background while Moyr and the bitch spoke.

Zhorrid seems very focused on Moyr, but she has not forgotten the slave.

"I have every motivation I need, my lord, but such matters take time. I am on Nal Hutta several times a day and have engaged various assets to aid in the search. But this is a bit like hunting for artifacts on Korriban, it requires following a sequence. Once I locate it, I will take you to the place where it grows."

Zhorrid cares not if she is lying or truthful, "You have 48 hours or I kill the slave."

"Then the defector."

"In this order? I would guess killing a Jedi first would make a better example. But then, I don't think either will be necessary." Moyr replied gingerly.

"You have yet to show me anything to improve my confidence," she counters.

"I got used to a more patient routine, and I don't remember giving reasons to be chided for lack of results before. But I guess each Sith Lord is entitled to their own temperament and style."
