Signed, Sealed, Delivered (day 3 mid morning)

A short dark woman in a courier’s uniform arrived that morning to deliver a sealed package to the receptionist’s desk. Addressed to a middle manager at Hyperion Lance Industries, by all appearances it was a bill requesting payment for an earlier shipment of power converters.
Encoded in the rows and columns of the spreadsheet was a message for Matthias Norsoa.
The courier left the office after dropping the package off.
An hour later, she reappeared at the front office and picked up a different package addressed to an off-world address. Walking out the door, she returned to her private quarters and did a quick scan for electronic surveillance before opening the package and decoding its contents.

During the firm’s reorganization I secured some of the intellectual property, including a business plan for a leveraged buyout of a Czerka biologicals startup called Project: Evolution. The firm’s new management includes a consortium of local businessmen interested in raising capital to execute this business plan. It sounds like a risky operation, but it might be aligned with our overall business strategy. Any guidance from home office would be appreciated.
