"Were you expecting any different? The idea is to separate the weak from the strong. But of course that principle gets abused for personal gains, nepotism, vendettas more often than not."

"Just... weird to actually hear about it from the source," she responds.

"I have a low tolerance threshhold for the kind of bullshit that other Sith love to engage in. I see no reason to make things sound better than they are."

"Well I guess that is a good thing maybe?" she says in reply. Thy looks at Yslane and then back to Layne and says, "Well this has been an interesting chat."

"But you have to go and do Jedi things? And we were just getting acquainted. You know, before I saw that holocron of yours, part of me still thought the Jedi were just myth. In a sense, you were the first of your kind I met... if I ignore an old ghost or two that is. If nothing else, it was good to learn the Sith are not the only option out there."

She shrugged, giving the woman something approaching a smirk.
