The area is secured by the Hutt Cartel security and is heavily patrolled, many offworld business executives and VIPs have apartments and homes in this area. Individuals cause trouble at their own peril as Hutt security tends to shoot first and ask any questions later after dumping the body in some alley in the dregs.
