Nar Shaddaa

Shaisha had awoken abruptly from her nightmares, hands shaking as she got her bearings. A few moments passed, her composure regained enough to get out of bed. Contemplation of the nightmares could wait until later, but right now there was work to do, and it didn't take long before the lithe female sith was clad in her armor and geared up for the task ahead of her.

Not much time had passed as Shaisha slowed her speeder down near Timu Vosk's abode, looking to see if there was still any sign of security outside before approaching closer.

There is a light detail of Hutt Security still outside the apartment, and the area is cordoned off to outside access.

Not that security had nescessarily stopped her before...

Being small was sometimes a good thing.

Especially when wearing stealth armor.

The interior was easy to get to especially with one of the long windows smashed open. The interior looks like someone might have tried ransacking the place like a burglary, but there are no security personnel inside at the moment.

Any easy valuables she expected had already been taken by Hutt security, or even by Layne... a pity Vosk had to die, but at least it saved her a lot of trouble in having to entertain the Muun too much in the coming days.

Moving quietly so as not to alert the security, Shaisha begins to look around the apartement, hoping to find anything of interest... be it security recordings that could give her insight to either Magpie or Raven (who might've been the same), or something else... she wasn't a picky lady!

OOC: Flip a Destiny to be able to search this place that has probably already been searched?

The internal security footage seems to not have bee tampered with, though it looks like Hutt Security has made a copy for themselves, it has the same footage she has already seen so noting really new there.

But as she searches around she does find that there is a safe that has been opened and whatever was inside was taken, either by Security or the assailants. Looks like mundane means has been picked over but she could maybe reach out with the Force.

OOC: If she has Foresee she could use that or get a general sense through a Force rating check.

Becoming more and more accustomed to slipping into the darkness of the Force and letting it show her the truths she sought, it was an easy feat to do so once more:

She taps into the movements of the dark side, like a friend that is always there it welcomes her as she feels the flow of the force and can see images of the woman she saw the night previous with Section 9… then she sees her take a data chit from the safe, apparently Vosk made a copy, because of course he did.

Then she sees her face off with Layne, they circle each other and then the woman leaps out the window and Layne kills the muun, ransacks the place and leaves. There is no sound but she can see it all in hazy images through the dark side.

The lightsaber is definitely the same one she spied on Raven the morning previous.

Shaisha shakes her head as the vision fades, then quickly looks around to make sure no one had snuck up on her as her senses was elsewhere.

This certainly complicated things. The only upside was that it meant Baras probably didn't have the info on that chit if Layne failed to get it... but it meant that Raven, no Magpie, had it too.

Now what do you want to do with that kind of info, Raven...?

She looks around, noting the places that Layne did not ransack, as well as any other details that could still be of us. Maybe a datapad, or something else for more information...?

OOC: Skullduggery at Average with a setback.

Unlike Layne (in Shaisha's opinion), she had a better grasp of what to look for when it came to interesting things in a wealthy man's apartement.

Shaisha finds a ledger, well a digital ledger hidden away that has some details on financial transactions and such, utilizing this data she could probably get some credits sent to her accounts not huge amounts with being caught but she could siphon 300 credits easily, but the loophole will only work once.

Hmmm... don't mind if I do. Could be useful down the line.

Since Raven had mentioned working with Vosk as a business partner, she decides to hold onto the ledger incase there might be some valuable information there, and slips it into her utility belt.

OOC: Shaisha graciously accepts her inheritance from poor Timu Vosk's will. Anything else of interest from the roll?

OOC: That is about it, really.

Seeing as how the place was stripped of anything else of interest, Shaisha decides its time to slip back out again before security comes strolling in.
