Vec followed after the noble into the plant shop, somewhere he didn't picture himself going for an occasion. Plants didn't have much meaning to him, especially when he was on the go and often had to jump worlds. You couldn't very well keep a garden in your storage locker for a very long time. He frowned faintly at the surprising humidity in the shop and the bright lights that emulated suns. There was also the scent of various flowers, sweet and/or repugnant to human noises. He placed a hand on his nose preemptively and let out a sneeze.
He cleared his throat and moved on as if it didn't happen, giving his shoulder a quick roll before he dropped his hand. "Nah, I ain't exactly in a hurry to hit the bar. I already understand I'm just tagging along. Besides, you ain't exactly my CO, Captain."
He blinked at the hand at first but took it to give it a firm shake. "I wouldn't be too carried away with the flattery. That said, I'm sure I can follow orders better than I can find a flower shop, but here we are."
