Day 9 MM: Armoring up

[Moyr Ahaya]

[5 Wounds before healing]

"Kissing the boo-boo might just cut it." Moyr chuckled softly and closer her eyes, leaning back to subject to whatever procedures Baes had in mind for her. Probably some injections boosting hemoglobin production.

[Baesal Zyn]

A little needle pierced Moyr's tush and while it did not totally remove the dizziness, it certainly had helped.

And of course, the boo-boo was kissed.

''Feeling better?''

[Moyr Ahaya]

"A little." Moyr said after a while had passed since her reflexive jump on her tush being stung. Now she was pouting. "Why have you stung my rear though? Is it a punishment of sorts or are you secretly vile?"

[Baesal Zyn]

She arched an eyebrow and smiled

''Why should I not have stung your rear? I would be a sad thing if it lacked proper blood irrigation''

[Moyr Ahaya]

"..."

Moyr stared for a moment, somehow lacking an easy way to bite back.

"Whatever, dear. Thanks."

[Baesal Zyn]

Her head tilted

''What's wrong?''

[Moyr Ahaya]

"Oh, many things are not right, dear." Moyr grimaced grimly. "I've been tampered with."

[Baesal Zyn]

An air of shock and worry came over her

''What happenned?''

[Moyr Ahaya]

"I found an operator of spybots, and went to check them out in the lake last morning... But most of them were lost. The lake, it was trying to scare me off, and I felt dared, so I swam into it and apparently passed the guardian, and discovered the entrance, unlocked it, delved into it... but then all my memories of what had just happened were stolen from me by some powerful will. So I had it, but I didn't."

[Baesal Zyn]

Baesal stared

''...What?...''

''What do you mean by 'passed the guardian'...What powerful will?''

[Moyr Ahaya]

"You told me it was sentient, right? So I took the risk and bargained with it, I vaguely remember I did."

She shrugged.

"As to the will, I am far from sure what could it even be."

[Baesal Zyn]

She took a breath and rubbed her eyes

''I'll have to take a look myself then''

[Moyr Ahaya]

"I would not encourage that, dear. You won't pass in much the same way I was not allowed to move into the grove of the witches."

[Baesal Zyn]

''I'll have to see that for myself, dear'' she replied, suddenly tired

[Moyr Ahaya]

"By the same logic I can just go and claim fancy precog plants from the grove of your witch besties." Moyr frowned. "I think going there means death for you. But do what you feel you must do. It's without my blessing or support though." Suddenly she felt very tired too. Still, she began to rise.

[Baesal Zyn]

''The Witches are not there anymore'' she replies

''And you just told me your mind as been tempered with...a second opinion is needed. Its only logical''

[Moyr Ahaya]

"It's only logical." Moyr repeated ironically, then went silent for a moment.

"Only someone aligned with the Dark Side can survive down there, Baes."

[Baesal Zyn]

She arched an eyebrow

''I am unsure on how you can make that statement if it was not tested''

[Moyr Ahaya]

"A gut feeling that your logic won't make much of." Moyr sighed, making a few steps across the deck.

[Baesal Zyn]

The sigh was echoed

''Allright...I'll wait until you recover your memories of the event.''

[Moyr Ahaya]

"I'll tell you if I fail to do that. Then we can come up with another plan." She walked toward her Togruta friend and hugged her, slumping slightly in the embrace.

[Baesal Zyn]

Baesal hugged her back firmly, holding her friend to the best of her capacity.

''Everything will be allright''

[Moyr Ahaya]

"May it be so, dear."

She remained in close embrace for a moment and nuzzled the side of the Togruta's headtail a litte before eventually finding the strength to step away.

"Go back to your work on the armour. I took enough of it. You have to prepare to be safe."

[Baesal Zyn]

She gives Moyr a reassuring smile

"I will"
