[Day 6 - MA] Till Death do we Part (Closed)

Baesal smiled wide. It was a beautiful thing, two white row of razor sharp canines long thought to be poisonous. This was a misunderstanding, of couse, as Togrutas used to prefer to eat their meal while the heart was still beating. The deaths were simply do to blood loss.

''It as been a while Sylvain...'' she tilted her head ''...but I do not believe I ever met you on Korriban.'' She said to Kristal while ignoring Xevious's and Torsin's second comment

Niall's smile had become fixed and tight. "Please, everyone. Might I suggest that we lay aside personal grievances as well as political ones for the moment? As Lord Xevious says, we shouldn't mar this occasion." He gave a respectful nod to the powerful Sith.

[Kristal Serasai]

"You will have to give thanks to your rather unique appearance for standing out during the former trials," she said in response toward Baesal's inquiry. Then, with Niall, she held back for the moment.

Then continued in a slightly altered manner, "I have no intention of drawing blood today, Captain. I merely wish to offer my apologies to your Jedi companion. It appears that I had thought she died when she suffered a far worse fate than that. However, your defense of the traitor is admirable Captain. I do hope it does not prove to turn against you in the future."

Zane made sure to note the various circumstances happening in the room as he walked with his date. Turning his head to whisper in Naveera's ear.

"When do you think they'll start dancing."

Baesal tilted her head looking innocent

''I did not know I catched your eye, Lady Serasai...or are you rather talking about the rankings?''

She looked like she was trying to remember something

''I recall I scored higher then both of you before I left, no?" she waived a hand in dismissal ''Well that is in the past now and this is a wedding...honoring the groom and bride should be our sole interest''

Niall inclined his head. "Thank you, Lady Kristal." His lips tightened for just a moment, but he continued. "For my part, I apologize. I should have realized that you might already be acquainted."

Once again, his smile became fixed and tight as Baesal needled the two Sith, or so it sounded to his ear. "Right. Weddings are about the future, after all." He said, his tone light.

[Adrianaa Morindel]

Adrianaa sighs at the comment from the Darth. She observes the conversation a bit more closely, but still does not interrupt.

Hala left the silent Mon Cal and drifted towards the growing knot of Jedi and Sith as well.

"It certainly is eye catching. You look good in it." She gave small smile. Wow, jealous. "Have you passed your trials yet then? Or whatever passes for trials for the sith?"

Serani says, "I am Sith, I passed my trials and earned my place. It was grueling many aspirants did not survive the training. It is normal they say for many to die along the way, those that remain are stronger for it."

"Congratulations then." She offered with mild sincerity. "You are assisting your father here, during the peace talks?"

Serani nods, "I try, mostly I run messages and meet with some dignitaries and try to observe everything I can. There is so much going on, I am surprised he can keep it all straight."

"By no means must you offer an apology Captain," she said, looking to the man first instead of Baesal. However, she wasn't exactly done with the woman by far. "Despite your fellow Jedi's claims of having performed admirably as a Sith, she is hardly a woman worthy of the honor. I am certain that the Jedi would be quite pleased to hear of those claims, however, so do pass that along to her order when you have the opportunity."

Now, she looked back to Baesal, and continued, "I am sure her Masters would be quite pleased to know all about her talents."

''My master is already well well aware of my aptitudes, I thank you for your concern.'' she replied

"You are planning a political career for the future?" Her interest was obvious. "I can certainly understand it. Nar Shaddaa is certainly not lacking in things to keep yourself occupied with. Have you taken a look around the moon yet?"

"I met Jin Vaya, I suppose she is very famous and has been a fun guide to show me interesting place. I am not sure if a life of politics is for me but I might not have a choice," she says honestly.

"Oh? The actress? How lucky... I hope to meet her tomorrow." On a shoot. Whee! A real live shoot!

"What holds your interest then, if the choice would be up to you?"

[Sylvain Torsin]

"The only correction to be made is her claim that she was rated higher than I during our stay... I had thought her to be useful for her intelligence, but it seems she has forgotten which numbers are bigger than others... A most distressing condition, you should have your best doctors look into it, because without her intelligence, she really ins't much use to you." Sylvain replied with a polite smile.

"But if you'll excuse us, my friend and I have other people to meet with at this occasion and express our gratitude for the invitation and celebrate this union of love." Sylvain bowed politely and with Kris in his arm whisked away before a response could be made by Niall or Baesal without raising their voices.

"I enjoy studying the facets of the Force exploring what is and is not possible. For all we know of it, there is so much that is unknown," she says wistfully.

"There was an instructor, Lord Savas, who has an incredible mountain of knowledge of the Dark Side of the Force. I wish to surpass him."

"That seems like a noble goal. Your father doesn't approve perhaps?" She asked curiously, while taking two glasses of... fancy liquid from the tray, offering one of them to the Sithess.

As the Sith pair moved quickly away, Niall had to settle for bowing at their retreating backs.

"No." Niall shook his head. "I owe you an apology. I was the one who introduced you to the situation, after all."

He cleared his throat. "If this isn't the place, you can tell me so, but how did you come to join us?" His lips twisted. "Even if this is the place, I expect I should settle for the short version at the moment." His tone was curious, not the least judgmental.

[Dapper Dog]

"That seems like a noble goal. Your father doesn't approve perhaps?" She asked curiously, while taking two glasses of... fancy liquid from the tray, offering one of them to the Sithess.

The Sith princess accepts the glass and says, "I am not sure Father disapproves, I think he wishes for us to explore our own paths to power. I do not think he feels ready to retire, though I am not sure if a Sith ever truly retires," she says thoughtfully.

"Who knows... Jedi do retire, but I do not know of Sith. You plan on pursuing your interest in the mysteries of the Force then?" She took a sip. Not too bad. A bit strong. "What aspect of the Force interests you the most?"

[Baesal Zyn]

''That is a complicated story'' she replied with a sigh but still keeping her smile

''To keep things short I can resume the situation as meeting a Jedi Master by accident then proceeding to a daring jungle escape''

[Dapper Dog]

"Who knows... Jedi do retire, but I do not know of Sith. You plan on pursuing your interest in the mysteries of the Force then?" She took a sip. Not too bad. A bit strong. "What aspect of the Force interests you the most?"

"The manifestations of the dark side, or why there are dark side manifestations and manifestations of the light in the first place. Why does the Force form in such diametrically opposed dichotomies. I find that of incredible importance and worth of study," she says thoughtfully.

"Also probably super boring."
