What Did I Miss? (D2, LM)

[Galen Sol]

Galen rubbed the sleep out of his eyes as he looked over the cargo the others had picked up. It was a big box. He knew better than to open it or do anything else foolish. But, it should be watched, just in case.

He sat down near the box, letting Navi play on his lap. He still wonder what was inside, though.

[Aphr Ahaya]

Aphr had been sat near the box already, in quiet contemplation, when Galen arrived. She peered in his direction, and nodded to him.

"It's a rather large box. Refridgerated also "

A pause.

"Sleep well?"

[Galen Sol]

He nodded. "Pretty well. I was exhausted when I got in."

[Aphr Ahaya]

"Busy night?" There was a teasing smile "that was her name right, Night?"

[Galen Sol]

"Yeah, we had a good time. But it was a different body that kept me out late." He sighed. "I came across a corpse dumped in Shadow Town."

[Aphr Ahaya]

"Just another day in Shadow Town, or something worse?" She asked, curious

[Galen Sol]

"A little of one, a little of the other." he shrugged. "Your friend showed up. The one you left the Viper with."

[Aphr Ahaya]

"Friend? Oh." Aphr leaned in a little more now "why?"

[Galen Sol]

"I don't know if it was by chance or something else, but the body was a Sith, Lord Yukan." he explained, as he brought up some information on his datapad. "A young Sith, Lana Beniko, arrived just after I found him. Then someone else arrived, a Durasay Mixo. Finally, she showed up. She was very forceful."

[Aphr Ahaya]

"I see" Aphr nodded "I imagine seeing a dead sith would likely cause some unrest among them. She is very...strong minded, that's for sure."

"It was interesting. The other one, Lana, had a superior attitude when she found me with the body. But, when your friend arrived, she became fairly submissive." He put his datapad away. "The other guy, though. He didn't back down."

[Eight]

Eight stepped back into the cargo hold. He tried to never be far away from the shipment, just in case, during a mission. The droid had an incredible level of focus when it came to things like that. He nodded to Aphr and Galen, but didn't say anything yet as he resumed his station next to the cargo.

[Aphr Ahaya]

"It was interesting. The other one, Lana, had a superior attitude when she found me with the body. But, when your friend arrived, she became fairly submissive." He put his datapad away. "The other guy, though. He didn't back down."

"I guess my...friend is of superior rank within the Sith? That would explain why she was easily able to take control" Aphr suggested "this other guy, Durasay Mixo, I don't think I know him."

Aphr smiled and nodded to the droid. "The shipment is unmoved and safe, even through this path.

[Galen Sol]

He nodded. "I got the impression that Lana was low ranking. She didn't know much about the other one, beyond that she served a Lord Yulo. Durasay didn't seem to be affiliated with the Sith or the Republic, just someone concerned by what happened."

He waved at Eight. "So far so good."

Then, he looked back at Aphr. "What did you think of her?"

[Aphr Ahaya]

"Strong minded, but I can understand why she is. She's gone through a lot, and had to face even worse" Aphr replied with a shrug

[Galen Sol]

"Everyone is adapts to hardship differently." he shrugged. "I don't think I could ever treat someone as beneath me. Although, that Jedi seemed concerned that I could go dark."

[Aphr Ahaya]

"Jedi? Which Jedi?" Aphr asked, curious

[Galen Sol]

He glanced at his datapad again. "Jedi Master Lyshea Mersl. She said the Force led her to me and that I would be involved in something dark, though I might not be the source."

[Eight]

"Force doesn't bring anything but trouble." Eight chimed in.

[Galen Sol]

"It doesn't bring anything." Galen shrugged. "People are trouble on their own."

[Eight]

"And the Force amplifies that trouble." Eight retorts.

[Galen Sol]

"It makes people think they have an excuse." he nodded. "So does wealth, position, fame, weapons...."

[Aphr Ahaya]

There was a frown, but Aphr remained silent as Galen and Eight talked.

[Galen Sol]

He glanced back at Aphr. "So, let me know if I become evil."

[Aphr Ahaya]

"Depends who is defining evil as evil, right?" Aphr shrugged
