"Its not about credits, dear. By Koma it's not even about weapons!"

"Its mostly about freedom. You might not know this but the Knights are not the only part of the Order. There are entire non-combative branches dedicated to agriculture, architecture, medicine and all."

"Sounds boring as shit. Using the force to grow potatoes? You can do better."

There was a giggle

"I figure you were'nt mutch of a potato girl but I'm not a potato farmer either: It just that you can choose your path within the Order. You can leave it althogether if you want."

"I'm not an idealist either but I am well aware the under a Lord of the Sith I would have ended up as a tool for him to use...or worst. At least now I have freedom and I am cared for as a person and not as an extension of someone's will."

Then there was a silence. Longer perhaps then expected...as if she thought of saying something but could not exactly voice it.

"Well...it might take some time to fix the meeting." She finally said "I'll keep you informed. Meanwhile feel free to call me if you want to talk or need something fixed."

"Or I could just go to the Jawa that somehow fixed my lightsaber. Annoying little creatures, though."

"Heh, you could. You would trade cringy humor for Jawa smell."

"But have you...tried your lightsaber since then?"

"It works fine. Trust me," she said... and something about the tone of her voice suggested more than a few people hadn't lived through the 'test'.
