A certain set of skills (D10, LA)

[Jo'ren Rath]

Jo'ren waited patiently in a booth, waiting for his guest to arrive. Lana Beniko had recommended this particular Sith and he was curious to see if she was right to do so. He sipped at his drink and watched the rest of the bar.

It was hard to believe he had only been on Nar Shaddaa for ten days. He recalled that meeting with Aris before the man's untimely death. His thoughts drifted to Layne, wondering if she had managed to get away from that madness on the barge.

[Dapper Dog]

A rather dapper looking fellow in a hand crafted suit approaches and says, "I am told I was to expected."

He is a true sith but with slicked back short hair, well manicured nails and everything was prepared in his ensemble, just so. Down to the shine in his shoes.

[Jo'ren Rath]

"Snappy dresser I see." Jo'ren smiled and nodded politely, offering a hand. "I'm Jo'ren Rath, apprentice to Darth Vengean. Lana Beniko recommended you, can I buy you a drink?"

[Dapper Dog]

"It depends, I prefer local brews with an impeccable history," the Sith replies.

[Jo'ren Rath]

Jo'ren laughed at the comment. "Well then let's see what they've got that might fit the bill. Please, join me." He gestured to the opposite side of the both then looked over at one of the servants and waved her over.

[Dapper Dog]

He takes a set and says, "So what is the matter we need to discuss? I pray it is interesting."

[Jo'ren Rath]

The bigger sith smiled and spread his hands. "I've only heard tales of the things that Sith Artisans are capable of. If they're true then I have a few tasks in mind that might hold your interest. The first and simplest is that I want to maximise the benefits that my own armour can provide."

He slipped the coach back a little to reveal the impressive set he had acquired from Nemerosch.

"The second is a longer term project that involves our Massassi cousins..."

[Dapper Dog]

"I am sure we can do something to make this more... aesthetically pleasing," he says looking at the armor. He looks intrigued at the mention of the Massassi and says, "I have never actually met one of these brutes, are they valuable allies?"

[Jo'ren Rath]

Jo'ren nodded. "That would be appreciated." He smiled and indicated his biceps. "It's all true. I'm only slightly average strength amongst the Massassi, and they can take more punishment than most species. Need to work on integrating them into our technology though. Lots of opportunities there."

[Dapper Dog]

"I am intrigued, they sound like a suitable challenge for my abilities," the artisan replies.

[Jo'ren Rath]

"I'm glad you think so too. It's the sort of opportunity that doesn't come up very often." He looked closely at the other Sith. "Who is your Master? This work would see you heavily involved with Darth Vengean and the Queen of the Massassi."

[Dapper Dog]

"Lord Valinos, he is back on Ziost... you serve a Dark Council member, rather fortuitous for me then," he responds.

[Jo'ren Rath]

"Then you'll soon be in the service of a great Sith." He nodded and thought back to his trip to Ziost. "Lord Valinost will be pleased with you, this'll help him too." He extended a big hand to the smartly dressed sith. "I think this is going to work out just fine."

[Dapper Dog]

"I am pleased to be of service to Darth Vengean and his apprentice. I look forward to this partnership, Jo'ren," he replies.

[Jo'ren Rath]

"So do I Vale, so do I." He paused to consider something and then continued. "I'm told that Sith Artisans can do great things. Would you be willing to take a look at my battle armour and see if you can enhance it somehow?"
