It's 5 Somewhere (D3 LM)

"There's going to be a rather large number of us, probably 10. Best if we can use your private room in the back"

Adrianaa told the bartender and then told them to direct a number of different people to her when they arrived.

She sat down on the booth provided in the room and sipped on some sort of glowing blue drink.

"Voicelog: Meeting with a number of individuals from the warehouse yesterday to discuss how to proceed with Aria's operation. Unsure exactly what we are after still. Need to get more information. Crew is a mixture of Republic and Sith. Perhaps cooperation is a good sign for the future."

As the group had agreed to meet up again in the morning, Shaisha had showed up to make more sense of what was going to happen.

She wasn't overly happy to see that she was the second one to show, and the first had been that kneeling-Senator. Oh joys, what a way to start the day.

"Senator," the masked and armoured Sith said cooly, with a slight nod.

Adrianaa smiles and raises her drink.

"Good Morning. I am sorry, but I don't think I ever caught your name. Care for a drink?"

"Shaisha Vreysk, apprentice to Darth Vowrawn of the Dark Council," the pureblooded Sith introduced herself. For a moment, standard Sith paranoia considered a poisoning-attempt, then she concluced it would be highly unlikely here and her bloodline allowed her greater resiliency to such than most humans had. "... Might as well. Thank you."

I will probably need something to drink to get through this.

"Never caught your name either, apart from the fact that you are the Republic Senator who bent the knee to Darth Xevious."

Baesal arrives third, tapping something on her datapad while muttering calculations under her breath

''Good morning'' she says finally raising her head

Adrianaa signals for a drink to be brought to the woman.

"I am Adrianaa Morindel."

She frowns a little

"Was kneeling not what was expected? After all, the Darth said it was your customs."

She looks to Bael

"Good morning!"

"It is customary to kneel in the presence of a member of the Dark Council," the Sith smirked slightly, "but that also means you acknowledge their authority over you."

She turned her head as the next person entered. Oh great... defectors and senators. Just a perfect way to start a day... Shaisha recalled Baesal had been there yesterday too, and she acknowledged the Togruta with a silent nod.

The Chiss enters next into the place, staring at the location of the meeting. It was not to his standards, but it would do for their purposes.

Best to keep these matters close to your person. He glances over at the two he had seen during that scramble and nods in affirmation before sitting down and waiting for the others to arrive of his crew, giving no nicities as he did so.

Bars were typically a good place for meetings. Especially when tensions were high amongst the varuous different factions.

Bars were also notorious for fights. Especially ones that were known to be full of Mandolorians. It's why his blaster was tucked away in one of the hidden pockets of his trench coat, still easily accessible. It's also why he walked into the meeting with a smile on his face, and his old uniform done up for formality.

"Good Morning. Thanks for the invite." He whistled as he felt the rising tension in the air. "A good day to discuss credits to be made."

"Well, in a sense, I suppose he does. We all have a bit of an authority over each other during these talks. One wrong word and it could send the entire peace treaty discussion back to war planning. So, in that way, it's best to treat each other with the respect they think is appropriate."

Adrianaa nods to the other two.

"Gentlemen! Would you care for a drink? The Rancor Blood..."

She lifts her glowing blue drink

"Is quite the way to start the day."

Fine with letting the matter drop, as she knew no Sith would ever kneel to any of the Republic representatives, Shaisha took stock of the other arrivals too.

"Good morning," she said with a cold tone, most of her features obscured by the mask she wore.

He glances over at the drink, curious as to what sort of problems she needed to hinder by drinking alcohol so early in the morning.

Perhaps she and Craw could console themselves.

"Water will do."

The other one seemed to enjoy hiding herself too. Amusing.

The computer tech from the previous day arrived soon after, a small dark woman dressed in nondescript work clothes in an effort to not draw undue attention.

"Good morning," she said, glancing around at the others who had arrived before her. "I got the message, and I'm interested, so here I am."

"Corellian Brandy, served up, please." He politely ordered from a nearby server, before looking back at those gathered. He smiled at the four women, noting their features, especially the mask the sith woman wore. Interesting, very interesting.

He did remain standing, his arms casually folded across his chest, keeping his posture relaxed, but confident.

"Wasn't expecting the back room treatment. Very nice." The last words spoken in huttese.

"Comes with the job. Glad you could make it."

Adrianaa smiles and takes another sip.

"Who are we missing still, the Colonel and another Sith, no?"

On cue, the colonel entered the cantina. Casting her eyes about, she found the gathering she sought and slid over.

"Good morning, all."

Adrianaa nods to the woman.

"Colonel. Right on time. I was just asking about you. I think we are expecting one other. Then, since I believe you were one who was originally hired on for the job, would you mind going over the plan to continue?"

Jo'ren was not far behind Hala and looked around the group to see who had decided to remain a part of this. "Yeah, we were hired, along with another who isn't here right now.". He looked around just in case Moyr was hiding in there.

"Well, I don't think Aris is going to be paying anyone that he hired, not any more," the computer tech commented dryly. "I'd say it's up to those of us who picked up the pieces yesterday to decide what we want to do."

Adrianaa nods.

"We identified what a good portion of our skillsets are. Now we just need to assign tasks. Since most of you were going to work together before, would you like to begin explaining what we need to do?"

I'm gonna step back from posting until a few more folks get a chance to respond, don't wanna dominate the thread!

"So you're the ones who picked up Aris' operation." He held up his hands. "Taralvos Rein. I was one of his slicers."

"There is certainly room to change the plan, but the original one was to infiltrate the facility while one team baby sat the slicer, one team monitored security."

Looking to the new arrivals, he reaches for his water and sizes each of them up.

Then came the slicer guy who appeared as well. At least he was still willing to continue. Saved some problems, for sure.

Then, of course, came the obvious point.

"How can we be sure that the original plan wasn't compromised in his death?"

Shaisha favoured the Colonel and Jo'ren with a pleasant smile, and silently observed as things began to move.

"... The Chiss gentleman raises a good question," she nodded as she echoed his sentiments, and looked at the twi'lek slicer.

Baesal shakes her head walking to an empty chair

"I don't think so since its not actually a plan but rather common sense: no matter what is planned the security needs to be disabled and a team must retrieve the data."

She looks at Shaisha and the Chiss

"It is *how* we do it that will constitute the plan...and that could not have been fully elaborated before Aris chose the participants"
