"A decent Sith? Perhaps. Likely even." Yslane concedes, "But the society?" She shakes her head.

"...well I suppose I don't have any real experience."

[Alysele Cortess]

2Well... we're about to have some." She smiled, though it was a hollow one.

"Ever been to Nar Shadda before?"

[Yslane Tssilla]

"I have...rarely been off Courscant never mind the Outer Rim." Yslane looked to the side, "Master Thy is on Nar Shadda though. I'll be meeting with her there."

[Alysele Cortess]

"Looking forward to seeing her? Or Nar Shadda, for that matter?" She moved away from the wall, stretching a bit.

[Yslane Tssilla]

"Hmm, I don't know." Yslane watches the Knight stretch, "I suppose I am more curious then anything."

"What about you? Does the glamour of the Smuggler's Moon appeal to your sensibilities?" She teases.

[Alysele Cortess]

"Well, it's not a jungle, so a step up." She smirked, before resuming her pose. "Sorry, just feel cramped here. Long times in cramped spaces, not my favorite experience."

She glanced down at the datapad, only to realize she doesn't really care anymore about the Senator. "Curiosity can be good. You will be blending in, I assume then, Ms. Aid?"

"Basically....yes. Though for how long...who knows, I don't have the control to hide my powers." Yslane shrugged.

"Born to the open spaces of Alderaan and forced into the cage of a starship?" She teased again.

[Alysele Cortess]

"You know me well Ys." She smiled. "Well, who knows. Between the two of us, you're the subtle one." Not that it was hard to be subtler than Aly, with the blonde locks and refusal to be less than herself.

"Any plans for your tasks? Besides purposeless paperwork?" She teased back.

[Yslane Tssilla]

"Fetch coffee?" Another shrug, "Shuffle listlessly from foot to foot as the important people talk about important things."

"Ah, if I may be blunt....a Wookie in armor holding a bloody sword in one hand and a severed head in the other is more subtle then you Alysele." Yslane hides a bemused smile, "But the wookie would also be less dashing."

Aly giggled. "Well... can't fault you there. Don't know how Fehraro manages to infiltrate so many slaver rings, but he never taught me how. I am who I am." She tapped her foot.

"Ooooh, shuffling. Yeah, that's an important one." she smirked. "Anything you want to do, or see in Nar Shadda?"

"Boring little me going to the party that never ends?" She smirked back.

"Mmm more seriously I don't know. Just focusing on the mission for now."

[Alysele Cortess]

"I think the whole planet is a party that never ends. Besides, you're not boring." Aly tried to be encouraging. "Focus does sound good, but I have a feeling the battlefield will be... wide. We should be looking to cover all angles, hopefully."

"I would imagine that is why am I here the way I am." Yslane raised her brow, "Not boring? Hmm I'll need to work on that before I attract too much attention." She winks.

[Alysele Cortess]

"Mhm. Wear more brown." She winked back. "Perhaps extoll the virtues of virtual stamp collection?" She moved closer to Ys, her eyes showing mirth. "Come on, a persona needs some depth. Tell me about Yslane Tsilla, aid to the Foreign.. service or whatever."

"Hmm?" Yslane leans back a little, "Foreign Office. The diplomatic corps. Not a high placed one mind you...looking to stamp her accomplishments ticket before taking the next step up the ladder and a career in the middle of the safest place in the galaxy."

"And preferably not end up dead, enslaved, or otherwise maimed on one of the dangerous places in the galaxy loaded with even more dangerous people then usual."

[Alysele Cortess]

"Boring bookworm looking to find a nice cushy job, marry someone nice, and have 2.4 kids?" Her voice was teasing, not moving further away from Ys. Even with heels, she was looking up to her companion.

"No death, no enslavement, got it." She smiled. "Hopefully we won't end up with either. Though who knows. It is a dangerous galaxy, as you say."

"Maiming was out too." Yslane added, "Definitely no maiming."

"Nah kids are for non-professionals this is a career woman! Only when she is at the top does she have, not kids, but a legacy."

[Alysele Cortess]

"Maiming, pft, forgot you're so picky." She continued smiling. "Oh, excuse me madam Career woman. So she's going to buy a droid to vent her affection on in the next 5 to 10 years? What's the top even? Senator? Grand Queen of the Galaxy?"

[Yslane Tssilla]

Yslane sticks out her tongue like she had swallowed something nasty, "Senator? She wants real power."

"Permanent Secretary to the Chancellor's Office. The grand arbiter from which all that political fluff is spun into real policy."

[Alysele Cortess]

Aly giggled in response, feeling... lighter than usual. "You keep displaying a sense of humor, and it will lead to your dooms. Every knows you need to be at least senior aid before you're allowed one."

She opened her eyes. "Oh my! Permanent Secretary! The ambition% Th audacity! The drive!" she raised a hand to her forehead. "Yslane Tssilla is my hero!"

Yslane taps Aly on the chest, "I forgot you actual nobles don't have to know how government works. You see all us Civil Servants let the Senators think they run the government. It keeps them happy and we get the work done."

[Alysele Cortess]

Aly smirked, and poked Ys in the side in revenge. "Hey now. We're the visionaries, while you grunts do the actual work."

She put her hands on her hips, and struck her chin out. "What, I'm as bad as a senator now? You sure that's what you're saying Ys?"

[Yslane Tssilla]

"Haughty as one certainly," Yslane crossed her arm and nodded, a smile of self-satisfaction forming, "But to be fair few Senators are as good with a lightsaber...actually I suppose none are skilled at all with a lightsaber."

[Alysele Cortess]

"See? You were on thin ice there dear friend." Her own smile was an amused one in return. "I assume you have a path planned out for Permanent Secretary? With colorful stickers."

[Yslane Tssilla]

"Mmm, well I suppose I could speak to Dad, he is pretty close to that position." She crossed her legs and leaned back, "But let's see take part in a successful peace summit. Appropriate funds for some building project or another. Block a silly policy goal or three. The usual."

"What about you? What are your goals Master Jedi. Take over as the dueling instructor at the Academy? Defeat the Sith Emperor in single combat?"
