Jedi question!!!!!
How widespread is sparring among Jedi? Is it something weird? And would training sabers be available in NS in the Jedi Enclave, or if we want to spar, we need to use the deadly flashlights?

I figure that training sabers would be appropriate. It is a time of war, after all.

On Phones, Avatars at 170x170 or more are bleeding over and covering part of posts. Is there anything that can be done for this?
Also, is there another more basic board style that can be added as an option?

Can the purchases from Obligation and 'Sith stipend' money be done before the game for returning characters?
Has Hwee been working for the GNN?
Does the GNN do music broadcasting? Maybe on a separate channel?

PM-s are disallowed for me. Is that a feature until characters are approved?

Yes you can purchase things befoe the game starts with that money.
GNN dos music coverage, reviews and trends not so much like playing music back.
As for the avatars if it is an issue we can adjust the size for mobile users.

I'm a very noob player so the question might be obvious, but wanted to check:
Players are provided standard lodging by their faction; some characters may have alternate accommodations those will be listed in your private folders. Characters of the Unaligned faction have to pay for lodging or can live on their ship, if they have one, keep in mind most ship accommodations are little more then a closet with a bunk and a footlocker.
Will players that are Hutt affiliated have lodgings by faction, or pay for lodgings?

The Hutts appreciate their retainers, kind of. You gotta pay like all the other neutrals.

Asking for confirmation mainly on the "Do Jedi Spar" question

Jedi and Sith spar with training weapons, Sith tend to do so with weapons that tend to do more pain. Outside of the Academy Sith tend to train with droids or those they trust, which is probably not many.
Jedi train with each other though many Jedi often do so on their own as a form of meditation more so than martial prowess. Some Jedi feel that sparring encourages violence, and refrain from it.

So I can spar with training saber in the enclave, as long as the other partner is willing.

For dice-rolling, is anyone aware of how to account for automatic Success or Advantage (or Failure and Threat, for that matter) into Orokos-code?

I am not sure if it has that capability, guess I could ask or investigate.

If an talent says spend one strain to lower the difficulty of your next x skill roll by 1 (minimum easy)
Can you spend 3 strain to lower the difficulty by 3?

In general the Talents lists if they can be used multiple times usually based on how many times the talent is taken. If not I would say it can be used once. They also usually list a total amount of strain that can be used, again usually capped by ranks in that talent.

Master Starhopper
Activation: Active (Incidental)
Ranked: No
Trees: Fringer
Description:
Once per round, the character may suffer two strain to decrease the difficulty of his next Astrogation check by one, to a minimum of Easy.
-----
So this is my specific example.
If I take 3 rounds and spend 6 strain can I lower difficulty by 3?
Assuming it starts 3 or more above Easy?

In a non-dramatic situation if you want to suffer the strain to reduce the roll for each round sure. Remember strain is only replenished fully at the end of the day or by using Cool at the end of a scene, by a small amount.
