Brawn or Lightsaber stat of choice does a play a roll it's part of the roll. If you attack with Brawn you should describe your attacks as forceful and powerful, when you hit you are not just hitting someone you are using your power to batter aside their weapon and stab them with savage fury. The system is narrative, use that to describe your style. When you give Setback due to advantage it's because you headbutted your foe and knocked them off balance.

You get a Triumph you overpowered them with your strength and forced your blade into their gut with your power.

There does not need to be another rule for being strong it's baked into the skill roll and how you use your advantage. It abstracts it for simplicity but the Brawn is there, or your lightsaber stat of choice. If you are using Intelligence you are probably waiting for the right moment to strike, sure they are stronger but you fight smart, no wasted movements everything is calculated.
