[Nekoinu]

"You follow my orders literally, completely, and without question. You could have spoke about another matter but you remained completely silent."

[Col. Hala Moraal]

Hala shrugged simply.

"Silence was your order, silence you were given. There was not a pressing need I saw to protest or advocate for you to change your position, so my obedience is absolutely. Even if there had been, once a decision was reached, it would have been complete in this case as well."

[Nekoinu]

Lord Haydriss took a deep breath. "You bore me with your constant prattle and explanation. It is appropriate when I am in a moderate state of mind. However, clearly I am indisposed for military reports Colonel!"

[Col. Hala Moraal]

"Then what else would you want of me, to blunt your boredom?" she offered.

[Nekoinu]

"Why must you possess an insufferable lack of creativity? It is clear that I do not know what will please me at this moment." She took a big sip from her wine glass, finishing it all, and then slid it back onto the table.

[Col. Hala Moraal]

Hala smiled slightly and stood. She took measured paces towards the Sith lord and bent down. She picked up the other glass between her left hand fingers and stiffly grabbed the bottle in her right, walking them all over to the liquor cabinet. She put the stopper back in the bottle and put it away, then rinsed the glasses down the disposal unit. She wiped them quickly to get the last dreg of pink from the bottom and set them aside to dry. Finally she clicked softly back over to Haydriss and offered the Sith lord her left hand.

[Nekoinu]

"I fail to see how cleaning my dishes entertains me." The woman then looked up to the Colonel with a puzzled look. "What? Am I to follow you somewhere?"

[Col. Hala Moraal]

"If you care to, my lord?" answered the weathered woman offered opaquely.

[Nekoinu]

"Very well." Haydriss rose from her chair and offered her armored hand.

[Col. Hala Moraal]

Hala took it with care, her own leather clad hand seeming unusually small against the armored shell. Then, taking guesses and making intuitive judgments based on the layout of the suite, she made her way back towards where she hoped Haydriss' private chambers lay.

[Nekoinu]

The Sith Lord followed along to her bedroom, one meticulously organized as the rest of her suite. "Why have you brought me here?"

[Col. Hala Moraal]

"To entertain you, my lord," she answered simply.

[Nekoinu]

"I suppose that much is clear. What did you have in mind?"

[Col. Hala Moraal]

"What ever you wanted. Considering you have a paramour, I don't know whether you want physical comfort or if you would dislike that. In the worst case, perhaps you might be amused by an Imperial officer helping you to bed with the knowledge and reassurance that tomorrow will be a better day. You need your strength my lord, but your flame feels extinguished."

[Nekoinu]

"Physical comfort?" The Sith Lord stumbled in her spot and stared at the Colonel. "Is that what you have been searching for this entire time? Your visits to me?"

[Col. Hala Moraal]

"Not in the slightest. At least, not for myself. But if it was something that you needed or wanted, then it was there. I just want what's best for you, my lord. Whatever that may be," she said, stepping a little closer to help steady the tipsy Haydriss.

[Nekoinu]

Lord Haydriss reached forward to grab Hala by the throat. Her grip was not as strong as one might expect but the message was clear. "Are you saying I am not appealing to you, Colonel? Do you believe I need you to pleasure me? Is that your implication?!"

[Col. Hala Moraal]

Hala tried to relax her throat. It helped ease some of the strain, but certainly did nothing to help avoid the lightheadedness which was sure to set in if pressure on her jugular was not eased eventually.

"Not 't all," she said stiffly, trying to talk around the obstruction along her neck, "Sith lord matter-rs more than off'cer"

[Nekoinu]

The Sith Lord released the grip and glared at her guest. "Speak again and clearly. Be careful lest you earn my ire once more."

[Col. Hala Moraal]

She swallowed, massaging her windpipe from the inside.

"Not at all," she repeated, "A Sith Lord matters more than an officer, and I serve the needs of the Empire."

[Nekoinu]

"That does not answer my question, Colonel. Am I appealing to you or am I not?"

[Col. Hala Moraal]

She nodded, slightly, swallowing again and slower this time.

"You are."

[Nekoinu]

The Sith Lord smiled faintly. She stepped forward and placed a hand on Hala's cheek. "How so? Explain," she stated, half-demanding, half-gentle.

[Col. Hala Moraal]

"Because I deal with the nameless and the faceless routinely and in this very moment, even if you are not yourself, you are still genuine. Your defenses feel like they aren't up. And I find that attractive. You are certainly pleasing to see as well, but that is not what intrigues me."

[Nekoinu]

"I appeal to you because I am not a drone? That is a common trait among any Sith." She leaned in closer, eyes widened as she looked at Hala. "Do I simply intrigue you or do I impress you, Colonel?"
