I'd be interested in helping Niall out with this, since Varra has some back story with him and would be happy to help him out. Varra has some skills useful for all three of the steps.

I'm actually good in all steps, between attributes and skills. Step 3 in both peaceful and violent.

I leave the decision making with Niall (and Aly to a degree too) since this ties in with his story. My interest in this is to set up for future references to the Republic delegation and opening up story possibilities there.

Durasay, I really wanted to take you, because you seem like the sort of guy that Niall should get to know. But Varra and Shasha have amazing stat/skill synergy, and I really really want to succeed at this.
