[D8-EE] I'm Gonna Make Her An Offer... (Haydriss' room)

[Rumun Gol]

Rumun goes to Haydriss' room. Haydriss was the only representative and apprentice of Darth Malgus here at Nar Shaddaa and his master, Darth Hoshi, was interested in extending an alliance with Malgus' forces. There is much to gain between both Dark Lords. Hoshi and Malgus both have very similar approaches to the Sith Order, and to the peace treaty.

Haydriss tried to kill Rumun once, but bygones be bygones. Surely, there is no ill will between them. Right?

[Nekoinu]

Lord Haydriss opened up her chambers and looked at the Duros towering above her. She looked up and simply stated, "Why did you come here? I imagined that you knew that I did not wish to speak to you again."

[Rumun Gol]

'' My Lord Haydriss '' Rumun bowed and offered a smile then he shakes his head. '' Oh, it saddens my heart to hear such words. Afterall, I was under the impression that the one who should feel offended is me, right? It really hurt my feelings that you tried to kill me but bygones be bygones.'' He said with a smile, again.

'' No matter, I came here to make you an offer from Darth Hoshi... actually to your master, Darth Malgus. You are representative of Darth Malgus' forces here at Nar Shaddaa, afterall. May I come in?'' He asked politely.

[Nekoinu]

"There would be less complications if I had slain you then, Rumun. You informed Layne of our research despite your oath of secrecy." The woman stayed in the doorway. "And now you wish to negotiate on behalf of our masters?"

[Rumun Gol]

'' Indeed, it could had been better for you if you had me killed. I warned you about me as well, my Lord '' He nods. Smiling.

a pause.

'' Moreover, nobody expected that Layne had a past relationship with the slavers and that she coerced them into working with her. Did you know that she also knew about Darth Zash's experiments? It would seem she has some hatred for her and her research, perhaps she was fond of one acolyte that died because of Zash? Who knows...'' He talked about Gerald Hin.

'' In any case, my visit here is on behalf of Darth Hoshi -herself-'' He emphasised in who is Darth Hoshi '' She wants to establish relations with Darth Malgus for the good of the Empire. But your master is quite difficult to reach, I suppose, every important sith is. So, what are you going to do, my lord? '' He asked.

[Nekoinu]

"I have confirmed her distaste for it, Rumun. That and many other truths." She let out a soft sigh. "The Force aligns for strange fates to occur."

Lord Haydriss turned about and went to her desk. She retrieved a note and went back to the Duros. "Present this to your master. I imagine they will have much to discuss."

[Rumun Gol]

'' I agree, Darth Malgus and Darth Hoshi have much in common in regard about the current affairs of the Empire, its direction and recent dynamic changes. '' The duro nods. With a smile. Again.

Rumun observed the note with curiosity. ''What is this might I ask?''

[Nekoinu]

"His victory is close. He merely needs to corner Darth Laishen and then strike him from history." Lord Haydriss looked to it. "It is a set of instructions to contact him. I will send word to expect your master."

[Rumun Gol]

'' Good, good. '' He said. '' Glad to hear that. '' He put the note inside one of his pockets.

'' Well, guess my job here is done. I suppose that I should leave you now. Iwould have liked to ask about how your research is progressing but surely you are doing fine, even without my help, right? '' Rumun bowed.

[Nekoinu]

"Perhaps my research would be faster with your aid. However, I will not be eliciting you again."

[Rumun Gol]

'' Oh well. I was hoping to continue with your research. Such an interesting topic. '' He said.

'' But I understand, truly, I do. In any case, in the future if you reconsider my participation in your investigation I will gladly help you once again, my lord. '' Rumun said with a bow once again. '' Farewell, my Lord. ''

And with that, he turned around and began walking towards his room at the compound.
